Good location I stayed here 3 nights in early March. I have to say they bed was so comfortable, I slept better than I have in a long time. Desk staff was nice, although a few were a little standoffish. I was in the back on 3rd floor, quiet, but upon exiting the elevator, was hit in the face with the smell of pot. I don't care about people smoking it. But in a non smoking hotel, I had to go outside to smoke a cigarette. I guess weed doesn't count.. I had to buy a candle to cover the smell. It gives me a headache. Front desk didn't seem to care. Until I asked if I could smoke in my room. I got a horrified look, and " no! No smoking. Whatever. Can't do anything about it if its coming from every room. The area isn't what it used to be, there were some sketchy people in the lot at night. Pretty sure I witnessed a couple of drug deals.. I wasn't worried about safety, but some might. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. It was right in the middle of family members I was there to see.

Engagement party. I realize now why the price is so low. The rooms are large, but very very outdated. Not enough outlets for electronics. Furniture frayed and dirty. In these days with COVID, it's kinda creepy. Not sure if they cater to noisy young backpackers, but they are in and out all the time. I will say they have an order your meals in menu that's impressive. Since we were hesitant to go out again so we did just that. Very good food and service for not much more than going to a restaurant. In short, I can see why they hand you a bottle of hand sanitizer when you check in. Good idea...self defense.

Dirty and Disgusting Room My husband and I were exploring Denver and saw this hotel had three stars. I’m unsure how this hotel has earned three stars. When we arrived we saw a dirty mop bucket sitting outside. The front office lady was extremely rude and short with us. When we got to our first room, after riding on the elevator that has to violate at least 7 codes the room smelled thick of cigarette smoke. We immediately went to ask for another room, front desk lady rolled her eyes but did give us another room. This room was repulsive! There were dirty towels on the floor, the sheets were yellow, the lamps had clearly not been dusted in years, the floors were broken and stained, the tub had something brown in it. We again were not going to stay in this room. We reported the problem to the front desk and requested our money back. She refused. So we called the customer service number for Comfort Inn and were on hold for 2 hours, and still didn’t even get connected. I am extremely disappointed in this company, hotel, and staff.

Substandard I have stayed at this Comfort Inn in the past and it had been decent. This time was different. First, we checked into the room and there was a bag of garage behind the chair. We called the front desk, no one ever came to pick it up. Second, we placed a few bags of trash outside the room in the hall the next day and it literally took someone over 24 hours to collect it. Third, the toilet was plugged up and there was no one to plunge the toilet so after a hour we picked the plunger up at the front desk and we did it ourselves. The worse...there appeared to be homeless people and drug users staying in this property. There were a couple of rooms on the second floor (where we were) where people were coming and going out of the rooms all afternoon. There were a couple of individuals using drugs on the side of the building, in daylight no less. Ok our final day, when we left at 545 in the morning, there was a woman injecting herself in her car; she was parked next to us and when we were loading the car she said she would move her car since the parking spaces were tight; she pulled out, moved the car opposite of us and pulled out her tourniquet and started to use, and yes I could see this as she was parked head on opposite of us. Some of the people who I saw in the hotel one afternoon were all hanging outside on the corner by the stoplight that night. The appearance of the hotel was okay. The hotel has excellent hot water, it is so hot it could burn you. Unfortunately, this hotel has become shady, just like the motel 6 which is behind it. There were homeless people staying and hanging out behind the hotel in the parking lot of the office building next to the hotel. I would expect this place to be better as it is in a convenient location, right off the road. It is easily accessible.

Some good, some bad Stayed for a week. Seem to be a little below standard as compared to other comfort inns we have stayed. This is an older building. The room was clean, and smelled fresh. The bed was comfortable. Some days our room was made up adequately. One day our dirty towels were taken, but not replaced; nor was the coffee or cups. The thing that was the most aggravating was we made a non refundable advanced reservation and received a quote via email. When I checked in, I had to sign the occupancy agreement agreeing to to the rate, no smoking, no pets etc; standard check in stuff. The clerk ran my credit card. The charge that came across was about 50 bucks more than the reservation. When I questioned the charge, I was told it was for incidental charges. I was told it would be refunded once we checked out and there was no room damage. I’ve been a choice hotel rewards member for at least 20 years. I am 65 years old and don’t steal towels, break lamps, or tear things up. As far as I am concerned, this hotel stole money (took money without my consent). I have not checked out yet, so I don’t know how long it will take to get my money back. I make frequent trips to this area, but don’t know if I will stay here again.
