Not as nice as it used to be The pool looks disgusting. Looks brownish. All pillows are lumpy, uneven Lots of noise in rooms. Atrium is nice They run out of cups at coffee service put just two in room. Parking on a surface lot used to be free and now you pay for it, there is no security on lot, not gated. Breakfast is good. No free coffee in lobby mid morning. I’ll stay elsewhere. Came here for 4 years, choosing another place next time.

Beware.....This Hotel if Filthy We are in Austin once a month for business and this hotel has significantly gone done hill over the last 2 years. The rooms smell like animal urine, the a/c doesn't work half the time and the elevator even though it was recently replaced doesn't work. As a Hilton Diamond member, I expect the quality of the Hilton Brand. In addition, they have just added that you have to pay for parking. What does that get you? Security? No, absolutely nothing. We will be shopping for a different hotel to stay in for our monthly visits.

Serious Need of Reodeling Since I like the convenience of the location, I have stayed at this property many times. On this visit, while the staff was very friendly, the facility is showing its age and is worn out! The banquette seats in the dining and common areas are worn down to the threads. Towels clearly are old and need to be replaced. But the biggest disappointment was tepid water! I never could get any real hot water in the shower or sink. I will not stay there again until it's remodeled!

Find another hotel to stay at The staff was nice and the main level for hanging out was great. Everything else about this property is tired. The furniture is worn. The rooms have an odor. My clothing was in the dresser drawers and no amount of perfume is going to improve the odor. The grout in the bathroom is gross. The bathroom ceiling appears moldy. The walls are dingy. The exercise room was so hot. Why are there no fans? You really don’t want to look closely at anything in this building. You will easily spot the signs of a much needed remodel. I was here for a tournament otherwise I would have checked out immediately.

Theme Park Feeling! Hotel? More like a children’s gymnasium. 3 nights of kids running around the floors playing on the elevators acting like fools. Yelling and screaming from 7p-12a. My $149 /night stay quickly became $700 total after all the added fees. When I booked through my company site parking was included. Nope. $35 for 3 nights and an attempted break in on my driver door. Of course no video.. Any of the issues I brought to the staffs attention and I was directed to return between 8a-4p to see the manager.. I’m working 6a-6p. So much for that. They did give me two vouchers for free drinks at the bar between 5&7.. I checked in at 730. Whatevs I guess.. If you need to rest here then book something else. If you enjoy that theme park feeling then saddle up! The rooms at Laquita are better..
