Disappointed Disappointed!!! The air conditioning didn’t work, the room smelled, the shower was moldy, the room was worn down and the remote didn’t have batteries. When I asked about the batteries, they acted like it was an inconvenience to find some. Won’t be staying again

Do not recommend I will never stay here again. There is no elevator. The door would not open and I had to get another room. The hotel staff in the evening was not friendly. The morning staff was friendly though. The shower was dirty. The room smelled bad. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Never again! It was filthy. Watched kitchen staff use their fingers to stir food. Soap scum in the shower. Pee and pubic hair on toilet. Pee around toilet. Floor was absolutely filthy. Stained linens. Water was scolding hot. Lamps didn’t work in room. Wore rubber shoes in shower and in room. Breakfast was gross after seeing employee use his gloved hands to touch multiple items then use fingers to stir food. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. Mold and cobwebs on the ceilings in hallway. Vent fan in bathroom was inoperable.

Went for work Worst staff I ever met. Unprofessional. Doors don’t work to get in hotel or room for that matter. A lot of terrible things just don’t recommend AT ALL. Beds were dirty. WiFi was terrible. Prices over charged for the place. No communication between front desk and housekeeping .

GOOD LUCK FINDING THIS PLACE There is absolutely ZERO signs on this business that states it’s a SURE STAY BEST WESTERN! Maybe the owner spent all the advertising budget on the HUGE sign that’s on the highway right before the exit?
