Great for the price Considering this was a fraction of the price of most larger hotels in the area ($75 vs. $170), I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was clean, check-in was smooth. The room was clean, but warm and smelly, no air conditioning on. We checked in and left for a few hours so it cooled off. The bathroom was re-done so it looked nice but the floor was dirty, the non-slip pads in the tub were gone so it was really slippery and the exhaust fan didn't work. The washer and dryer were new, but there was no soap in dispenser, had to wait for front desk to get some (Hailey was great, went out of her way and ran down the hall to get it). The pool was very clean but the surrounding deck was a little dirty, garbage laying around. Breakfast was not bad, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffles, juice and coffee. When they did run out, they promptly brought out more on request. My complaints were minor to me, so overall I was very happy. I will stay here again.

Worst Hotel Experience of My Life This hotel is a SCAM. They gave us a room that smelled like smoke, then charged us $150 for “smoking in the room.” Neither my boyfriend nor myself smoke and when I called to complain the manager (Sandy Patel) was extremely rude to me. I asked to confirm if the previous occupants of the room had been charged so they could see it already smelled when we arrived but she was dismissive and told me we were liars. She said she “knew” we had smoked which is impossible because we both hate cigarettes and do not smoke so she has zero evidence to support this. I can’t help thinking this is racially charged because she was so rude and accusatory and we are an interracial couple. I have never been treated so poorly by a business (especially in the hospitality industry.) DO NOT use a debit card if you stay here! There are less protections against fraudulent actions by businesses than if you use a credit card. The management knows their hotel smells like cigarettes and they will charge anyone who doesn’t complain $150. They do not care about their guests- only how much money they can take from you. I was charged close to $300 for one of the worst hotel rooms that I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying in. Everything was old and dirty and the breakfast was awful. My first recommendation is to stay anywhere else. If you must stay here and you are given a room with any imperfections COMPLAIN IMMEDIATELY or they will gladly steal your money. I will never stay at another Quality Inn or other branch of Choice Hotels after this horrendous experience. 0/10 strongly do not recommend.

Wrestling Tournament This hotel was a complete opposite of the reviews. The room was dirt, no room service as far as cleaning, emptying trash, even after asking them too. the hallway smelled so bad it made me wan to puke. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Would not recommend Stayed here for 1 night to sleep.. this place was so gross. When we first got there the guy gave us our key and sent us to the wrong room..trying to play it off on us. Once we got into our room it was hot and humid the room was not cleaned nor did it look absolutely anything like the pictures did. The bathroom floor was sticky there were bugs in the bathtub. And there were drunk people roaming the halls and disturbing everyone.

As anticipated, but no issues This review is perhaps a little unfair as we were booked here by a hotel that bumped us. Although we normally stay at hotels that have more "stars", we stayed the night since it was free. The hotel has an aged appearance and does not have an elevator - a definite inconvenience dragging bags up steps to the second floor. The room was a "suite" - which means a double room with a sink, microwave, small refrigerator and a couch. It was very stark, but generally in good repair and clean. The breakfast was cold only but acceptable. Staff was pleasant. On a budget, this property would be acceptable.
