Horrible Trashy Motel! Not safe I drove through the parking lot and all around the building trying to get a feel for the layout before I went in to check in. I have to COMPLETELY agree with the last review. I was a solo traveler and instantly did NOT feel safe at all. Was instantly very nervous and on guard and I don’t scare easily. It felt as if I was in the projects in the drug district. People hanging out everywhere on the sidewalks, parking lot , rooms. Did not feel safe at all and would have spent the night looking out the window to make sure my vehicle wasn’t being broken into. It was an immediate noticeable very bad vibe. I did go in to the lobby and more questionable clientele, waited forever to talk to someone, but also there was a sign saying they charge $10 per night for pets! Since when does Red Roof charge for pets and it isn’t stated anywhere on the website or app listing. I went to my car and immediately cancelled my reservation and got out of there the fastest I could

Do Not Stay Here — Not a Safe Environmemt PLEASE READ ESPECIALLY IF TRAVELING AS SINGLE WOMAN OR WITH CHILDREN Wife and daughter with there team for a nearby tournament. Hotel had clearly taken on significant longer-term residents, and not those traveling for business. There was open drug use in the parking lot. An inebriated person vomiting in the pool. The rooms were filthy, with blood stains on the back of one door, cockroaches, and other signs of less than thorough attention to cleaning. At 3:00 AM my wife and 12yo daughter received a sexually explicit phone call from a neighboring resident who told them he was coming over and then stood outside their door scratching at it for a prolonged period of time. He then moved on, visiting the room of at least one other mother and daughter who were traveling without a male companion. When the sponsoring tournaments booking agency contacted the hotel regarding the conditions they were informed that the hotel management did not agree with their opinion that it was unsafe or sub standard.

Management very professional We arrived on a Saturday and I had accidentally put the wrong date in the Friday before. When I arrived the Receptionist informed me I had no room booked for that night and it was last night. She was very courteous and professional. I had to book for the correct night. The Room was clean and other than a little outside noise it was a good stay. I called Red Roof about the mistake and they advised me to call the actual location as the incorrect night had been billed to my card. I called and spoke to Gerrard. He was he manager, very professional and understanding that it was an honest mistake. He agreed to credit my card for the night didn't stay there. I am very appreciative of he and his staff's professionalism.

Do not stay here The room was dirty. The bedspread has cigarette burns. The sheets were itchy. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was black mold in the bathroom. They allowed upstairs customers to throw a party at 11pm. It was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. And the room was not cheap. I will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

Great location, quiet, clean room We came from out of town to check out Peddlers Village and decided to stay here so we could check out some other things in the area. Not sure why this place only has 2 stars because we had a good experience. The place was clean and quiet, both check in and check out were seamless and literally everything you could need was very close by. The staff was friendly and they were nice enough to move us to a ground floor room because we had our golden retriever puppy with us. Our room was a short walk to a little grassy/wooded area where our pup could relieve himself and the parking lot was well lit so we felt very safe. The room darkening shades kept all the light out, the beds were comfortable and unlike a lot of Red Roof Inns, this one still included a microwave and refrigerator. It was also nice to come back to a clean room when we returned from sight seeing on Saturday afternoon, a lot of hotels have gotten away from that little amenity.
