Very Accommodating! I received an email for 15% off and decided why not, we'll give them a try! I am glad we did! When we checked in our room was on an upper floor. My boyfriend has a bad back and asked about a ground level room. The check in clerk was very accommodating and did changed our room. We never went to the pool, but as we drove by it looked nice. The breakfast room was always clean and stocked when we would go. No fruit to choose from, but everything else was great. The room was clean and comfortable!

An odd experience The manager here was so gracious to allow us early check in when we called early that morning. Room was good (as long as you don't look under the bed or in other obscure areas). Good beds, great pillows. Hot breakfast was very good. Pool area is nice with lots of towels available - a real nice touch. Otherwise, they seem disorganized, discombobulated, out of their element. Check in took over 30 minutes as the woman at the front desk was clueless. The most incompetent person I've seen this year. She couldn't do ANYTHING , she couldn't even speak to us. What the heck was she supposed to be doing?! The manager made our key cards and took our money once he got done with a customer on the phone. So, I never find figger out what that woman was there for . . . odd.

Nice stay I was surprised by the friendliness, cleanliness and comfort level. The staff at check-in was very friendly. We were given maps of the hotel property, of Branson and the shows and access to the indoor pool. The room was clean with plenty of space. The breakfast was okay but it was filling. The location was perfect. Easy access to everything we wanted to go do and see.

Hotel was a disapointment I have stayed at this hotel many times. From start to finish this hotel was a disappointment. I reserved a room weeks in advance and requested an early check in. I was told this wouldn't be a problem if the room wasn't occupied the night before. Upon arrival I was told by the manager that check in wasn't until 4pm. I explained I had requested an early check in and was told shouldn't be a problem. The manager told me that he didn't know if the room was ready, instead of checking he told me that he would call me when the room was ready. I had to track down a house keeper and asked if my room was ready. Me and the house keeper checked the room and verified that the room was ready. The house keeper told me that she would notify the manager and told me to go back to the front desk. When I returned to the front desk an older female hotel employee was there and on the phone. I over heard her say "he just walked in, what should I tell him". I told her that I spoke with house keeper and that my room was ready. She immediately had a very bad attitude towards me, she didn't even greet me. I was informed that there was an additional $100 deposit on the room. I told her that I stayed at this hotel many times in the past and had never been asked to pay a deposit. She told me this is something new they just started. I was not told about this when I reserved the remove over the phone. NOTE: On the hotels official web page it makes no mention of a $100 deposit on rooms. After paying for the room I noticed a note on the front desk that read "AS OF 9/7/23 THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED (This is a week prior to my arrival) NOTE: There was no mention of the pool or hot tub being down or closed on the Hotels web site. Nor was I informed of this when I reserved the room. I asked if the hot tub was down too, she stated that the hot tub was also closed. She then asked me if that was an issue. I told her that yes, it was an issue, I explained to her that we are on vacation and that we intended to use the pool and the hot tub, and that if I had known about this I would have booked a room at another hotel. I explained to her that this wasn't the first time the pool and the hot tub had been closed on my visit. Shen told me that all the pools in Branson were down. I was not offered a discount and was told no when I asked. She then asked for my change back. When I asked her why. She said "so I can give you your money back and you can find another place to stay". I told her I did not have another hotel reserved and finding one might be difficult. The manager then told me that the pool might be back up tomorrow. I was then shocked when the manager stated to me that he thinks the pool might be haunted. I don't know if he was being serious or if he was joking. Since all pools in Branson were down we decided to just go ahead and stay. I did inform the manager that I was displeased and that this would be our last stay at this hotel and that I would be writing about my displeasure on trip advisor. He said nothing and appeared that he could care less. One of the first thing we did was drive to other hotels in the area, and we discovered at every hotel we passed the pools appeared to be open. And during the course of our 4 day trip we noticed every pool in town appeared to be functional and open and no signs posted indicating otherwise We also checked the hotel web page and no mention of the pool, hot tub, or anything else being down or closed. THE ROOM: I discovered dark coarse hairs on the bath room floor and in the bath tub. The bath tub/shower was a very moldy yellow color. I found a single white sock under the air condition unit in the living room. TV Screens both are very smudgy. I took photos of all of this. On the first night while exiting my room to walk to the ice machine I noticed a white truck backed up to the room just outside mine on the walk way, leaving about a 3 foot gap. As I attempted to walk between it I didn't notice the black tail hitch that extended about another foot behind the truck which only allowed about a foot gap between the vehicle and the wall which caused me to hit my ankle and nearly trip. I returned to my room and attempted contact the front desk to report the hazard only to discover the phone didn't work. I then walked to the front desk. I passed another guest letting his dog relieve itself in the small patch of grass in front of the pool. After which the guest didn't bother to pick up the droppings and just walked away. At the front desk I spoke with a young male employee. I advised him about the white truck parked on the walkway near my room and that I hit my ankle and nearly triped on the tail hitch. The employee told me that if the person driving the white truck comes by the front desk he will say something to him. I told that something needs to be done about the hazard now before someone gets seriously hurt. The employee told me that he can't knock on guest doors at night. I told the employee that the hotel is responsible for guest safety and that I am notifying them of a safety hazard and that there are failing to take action to prevent an injury. He just said there was nothing he can do. I informed him that I took photographs of the truck. NOTE: The employee didn't ask me about the injury to my ankle and showed no interest. I advised him that I would contact the hotels corporate office later. Nothing was done about the white truck and it remained there all night. NOTE: laundry room was "closed" a sign on the door stated "Guest Laundry IS OUT OF SERVICE". So we were unable to wash clothes. NOTE: Out of service a strange note posted on the machine read "NOTICE This soda machine is out of order. The entire procedure for getting a cold drink is out of order. The person writing this notice is out of order. - Al Pacino NOTE: Found a notice posted on the door to the pool from the City of Branson stating THIS STRUCTURE IS NOT APPROVED FOR OCCUPANCY BY ORDER OF THE BRANSON PLANING AND DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT BUSINESS/BUILDING IDENTIFIED AS: POOL BUILDING DATE: September 8. Stating that this structure is in violation of Branson Municipal code 18-27. NOTE: NO room service during our 3 day stay, room was not cleaned and was not informed on how to request cleaning of the room. Upon checking out, same woman from the check in was at the front desk. She was unfriendly, very robotic, only said "checking out". took my key and said my deposit would be refunded later. Didn't even ask me how my stay was. Will never stay here again. 100% don't recommend staying here. So many cleaner, friendlier places to stay who appreciate your business. As of Oct 1st 2023 The hotel has not bothered to reach out to me about my unpleasant stay. Maybe after reading this review they can at least pretend to care.

Still clean and friendly staff. Room was clean as usual. Front desk manager Lillian is always great! Nice hot breakfast. We have stayed here an average of twice per year for many years. I just want people to be sure to check with the hotel before making a reservation if they want a pool. The pool is closed by the City of Branson for some reason. The guest laundry was also out of order. I hope that with the sale of this property in 6/23 the new owners will not let it deteriorate. Also when you make reservations you get a person that is obviously not a native English -speaking person that talks very fast and is difficult to understand.
