Fantastic accommodations We were so pleased with everything at this Hampton Inn! Very clean facilities. Pleasant staff and a wonderful manager that is present and approachable. Good breakfast. Nice large outdoor pool and hot tub with plenty of outdoor seating. This is the nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed at.

front desk extremely rude person on the reception. i cancelled my reservation by mistake, was willing to add one more night to my staying. i called the front desk, she said she cant make my reservation active and i need to call booking.com. booking.com was willing to help but they told me its up to the property and they will contact the property, so they did, but she didn’t pick up 4 of their calls. i called the hotel right back and she picked up the phone right away, i asked why she wasn’t picking up the phone before (and booking.com has a number starting on 800 so she def ignored their calls on purpose) she said she is busy, i told her that booking sent an email with a request of making reservations active and adding the date, she said she isn’t going to respond an email and booking.com has to keep calling her… i asked for a manager, she said she is working there for 18 years and manager can’t help me so instead of making more money by making the reservation active and adding another day to it you creating conditions of loosing money for me and using dates free for new reservations… i guess during 18 years of work you still didn’t learn what customer service is and that it would not be bad just to be nice to people…

Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton - Cathedral City Palm Springs, CA We were greeted and checked in by Dawn. She was very nice and helpful. This hotel was in a good location. There are plenty of restaurants near by. It’s an easy drive to Palm Springs. The room was clean and comfortable. Dawn was a pleasure to talk with. She makes guest feel welcome. Thank you Dawn!

Three Stays in Three Week, Disaster on the third stay Recently we had to travel several times to Palm Springs to settle the estate of a dear relative. Over three weeks we stayed three times at the Hampton Inn in Cathedral City. The first two times the hotel was a delight, there was a problem with the TV on the first night but as the person in reception looked for a room for us I was able to correct it and she was grateful. It was the first weekend of Coachella Festival and vacancies were rare. I have stayed in numerous Hampton Inns and have always been very satisfied. On our third trip here, we again stayed at this hotel, in our room there was a used fingernail file in our sheets, the TV only made a loud clicking sound and the picture the TV displayed a series of stills and the Keurig coffee maker malfunctioned. When we brought these issues to the reception desk they reluctantly moved my wife and I to another room without an apology. My wife was accused of attacking the women at reception with the cardboard nail file. They claimed that we didn’t know how to use the remote and the mute button being pressed in was causing the malfunction and as far as the Keurig, I needed to push the cup further into to the Keurig for it to work. They treated us like clueless old people, they insulted our intelligence and experience. They falsely intimated that my wife of being a liar about the nail file. I would give this hotel my lowest rating, a shame as the previous two stays in the previous two week were fine.

Loved this hotel! We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting Palm Springs. Cant say anything bad about this place. Very clean, good breakfast and coffee. Pool area is beautiful and well taken care of. Loved that they also had onsite laundry for travellers. Would definitely stay here again.
