Service with a smile Gabriel at the front desk made my stay absolutely positive. The young man is a true testament to the Hotel brand and testament to service professionalism. From the moment I checked in with extra pillows, extra towels, coffee, and room change no one could ask for better service!

Shawn made the stay!! It was tough finding a place as late as we came in. Shawn was so helpful. Truly a lifesaver for the evening. 5 stars for her customer service alone. We didn’t have a choice of where to stay because of availability but somehow landed at an awesome spot with such a great front desk person.

Absolutely DREADFUL The Hilton Homewood was incredibly disappointing! Firstly there are three different Hiltons all in the same area, so please DOUBLE CHECK you have the correct one! The wear and tear is evident, the rooms are not cleaned properly, dirty dishes in the dishwasher with a sticker saying clean dishes, even after changing rooms initially. Found hairs in the bed yet sheets were supposed to be freshly laid, Lamp shades dirty, the switches dusty and dirty, bulb not working. Draws handles dirty in kitchen and bathroom. Fridge excessively noisy difficult to get a good night sleep. Overall I was trapped as they would not refund even when asked to move to the next door Hilton. The most disappointing hotel experience in any US hotel. Wii definitely NEVER stay in another HILTON. The front desk is friendly, however, this does not excuse the cleanliness and standards. The front desk offered a nights refund due to complaints, however the booking team refused flat out. Shockingly Awful. Don't GO. FULL STOP.

Worst hotel stay ever!!! Everything about this stay was terrible. I had a deluxe sweet for a two weeks stay. I had to argue and fight with someone to clean my room and I had to go downstairs to request towels and toilet paper. Once I arrived at the desk, there was no toilet paper throughout the hotel. The lady at the desk had to go to Sam’s to purchase some. I had to take my own dirty towels and place them in the hallway along with my trash. So as you walk up and down the hallway that’s all you see. There were stains on the couches, scratches on table, and oven racks inside the cabinets when there was no oven in the room. The floors in the room were sticky and the soap dispensers were completely empty. This hotel is pet friendly, however the there is no noise ordinance when it comes to the pets. The dogs constantly barked throughout the day and night. They also have holes in the wall. I do not advise anyone to stay here.

Excellent / Shoooooo-Ya-Riiiiiiiiiiiiiite ____ stay !!Jacque Showed us to Customer Service really appreciate her . Five 5️⃣ Really appreciate the customer service that Jacque shows us she’s awesome. Also would like to thank and I appreciate the other lady that checked us out the Monday afternoon New Year’s I’m sorry I forgot her name and the breakfast team on point
