ABSOLUTE GARBAGE DUMP Checked out after only 30 min. Room was disgusting, smelled and the whole place looked abandoned. Front desk clerk who was operating at 8ish, took 10 min to talk about his past career to a nice lady… then proceeded to say “you need any thing?” I was standing 5 feet behind the nice lady that was quite intrigued of the storytelling. Incredibly unprofessional. Would avoid this place like the plague.

DO NOT STAY! Worst Hilton hotle I’ve ever stayed at. Unprofessional staff, crappy room 202, and no complimentary breakfast. Booked hotel went inside and saw how crappy hotel was, didn’t offer another room or anything better and didn’t refund either. Find a better hotel, Anything is better than this…

Bugs. They have bed bugs. BED BUGS! Booked a night an hour before new years because roads were getting icy. The room was OK but you can tell they’re definitely not cleaned to the fullest. After about 20 minutes of laying on the bed, I look down and there are several baby bed bugs crawling. I went to hotel service to show them pictures and blast a new room. A lady told me how she’d call a guy to come check and call me to confirm later. They offered free breakfast. Going back to the room to get my things I was able to inspect more and take picture of a huge one. I took the picture back downstairs to show them and confirm. They believed me then, service was OK I asked for change to wash and dry clothes and detergent. Now extremely tired from drive I’m doing laundry till 2:00 am. I got a free room, that one had no bugs but was still signs of wear and tear and I cleaned mattress bottle cap on floor and floor board was caving in. I hate to have to leave this review but want people to be aware.

Horrible!! Horrible Guest Services!! My husband and I Checked in to a king room that became available in the evening. The hotel earlier had no King room. Checked in that evening to find the room smelling of a foul odor especially in the bathroom. Visually couldn’t see anything. Couldn’t move rooms after checking in because they told my husband they were sold out. Contacted Cameron at Guest Services next morning at check out with the issue. Said he would have maintenance check it. Called back after we checked out and said there was no smell. Offered 5,000 points. My husband didn’t think that was good enough. 5,000 points is only a fraction of what a room cost. My husband told Cameron he would call corporate about it. Cameron proceeded to tell him that he would now not give any points and hung up on him. After staying at many Hilton Garden Inn hotels with my travels for business and pleasure I have experienced to many problems in the past year to continue booking these properties. Going to have to change loyalty to somewhere else at this time.
