Mostly ok Room in disrepair: Missing hair drier, just the case. No hanger for bathroom towels(just the holes in the wall). Showerhead with double water restrictor- reducer (standard reducer in showerhead limit 3.5 gal/min, and an external flow reducer in the connecting nipple) so water was just a trickle. Air conditioner not responding, so we had to turn it off. Urine smell in the bathroom that wouldn’t come off with cleaning. Broken Vanity mirror, cracked and light didn’t work. Very limited toiletries, didn’t replace them daily, had to ask for more. Brocken mini fridge. No coffee machine and no microwave. The space was there. (Manager said they were not standard service anymore). On the good side, when we reported these issues they were fixed promptly and to our satisfaction. Spoke with the manager and offered freebies, breakfast ( 330 value each, we were 3), free cappuccinos, very late check out (9:00pm) so if you ask if I would come back, answer yes, because somehow we got the runt in the litter, but the service was outstanding. Facilities are very nice. Food and beverages are Expensive but good.

Comfortable stay My family and I stayed at this hotel for a discounted rate through a friend, for a total of 8 days and 7 nights. We had adjoining rooms which was very convenient and fun. We felt safe on the fourth floor however our rooms were right next to the elevators and once a big group of kids/adults checked in the noise level went up. You can hear slamming of doors. We requested that maintenance unclog the sink in one of our bathrooms but they never did and it was pretty nasty to have the water never fully drain correctly. One of the rooms had a light fixture go out and start smoking but maintenance did come for that and made sure it was safe. The breakfast that is offered downstairs is overpriced with limited selection. The beds were comfy but the pillows were too soft/small for our liking. The room service is convenient and great customer service, really elevated the hotel experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider this location in the future.

Expedía reservation is worthless Booked a reservation for 2 rooms 1 month prior date for $55 each. Once checking in I was informed that the reservation did not cross over and the rate per room was $105 more than double of the booked rate with Expedia. After calling the manager for on her cell phone and having me wait for 45 min I finally got tired and left. I could of paid the extra rate but felt uneasy and did not want to wake up with slashed tires on my vehicle for giving them a hard time (Juarez is very shady). I had my confirmation number and print outs showing them my rate but they could care less.

Very nice and contemporary hotel, but restaurant is very bad I stayed in this hotel for a week for business and i must say installations are very good and clean, receptionist very kind and helpfull, but once i had to use the restaurant i realize about a very weak point. Food is average but prices are like a gourmet food, relation between cost and quality simply are wrong, worst was arrachera tacos and each of them has only 3 small pieces of meat, and the rest were onion, chopped cilantro, white panela cheese, looked nice but the main ingredient was the less in the meal. Breakfast in over the average in comparison with other hotels chains but pricey
