Best Post- Covid stay ever! Wow! What a great stay in every way. Trenton, Haley, Travis, Brad and Heather were each great in their roles and responsibilities at this facility. For the very first time in years, I’ve had an overnight at a hotel where every single part of the stay from check-in to check out, couldn’t have been better. Thanks for restoring my Faith and meeting my expectations Holiday Inn Express of Coverdale, Indiana! You have raised the bar, and are getting things right. Thank you so much!

Stay The staff checking in Ethan and the staff checking out Hailey was wonderful, helpful,kind,always a smile. All the staff say good morning. We stay at this hotel any chance we get... And a side note they are close to a great Mexican restaurant. keep up the great work.

Great Stay at the Holiday Inn We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Because we had very early appointments, we had to leave the hotel before the breakfast buffet opened several mornings. However, my husband has to take his heart meds with food. The hotel staff, Shelly and Travis, both helped me get bagels and cream cheese each day so we didn’t have to worry about bringing pills with us to the Arena. Thank you also to Haley at the Front Desk. Our housekeepers were also extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay Hailey was great! The trip went very smooth and the staff were very friendly. The staff held doors open for us, constantly changed out the buffet food so it was warm for breakfast, and kept the hotel very clean. I advise everyone to stay here for any time you find yourself in Greencastle, Indiana.

Wonderful place! I want to mention Penny in service and Haley at the front desk were SO HELPFUL. Thank you thank you thank you!! The room was clean, neat, well stocked and quiet. The beds were a little hard for my preference, but otherwise a fantastic stay. Best breakfast of any hotel we've experienced! Thank you!!!
