Okay except cleanliness issues with all the walls of hotel While the rooms were spacious and staff pleasant and helpful, there were some cleanliness issues. The walls in the elevator, hallways and rooms needed to be cleaned. All had handprints and dirt smudges all over. We also had food left in the fridge from the previous customers.

DONT STAY HERE PLEASE! SHUT THEM DOWN NOWWW! Mannnn don’t book this hotel please!!! Right now we are going thought renovations at home so we have been at a hotel. Yesterday, 07/12/2024 we checked into this hotel and when i got here from work i wanted to shower but couldn’t due to roaches in the bathroom. I literally have video proof of small roaches crawling on their walls. I felt so disgusted by this I couldn’t even step foot in the bathroom again. I couldn’t even shower after a long day of work which makes me more disgusted and irritated. This place is sad and I would NOT recommend your family coming here AT ALL! please pick a better and safest living space for your family when it comes to staying at a hotel. This place is NOT family friendly and V got rude with my mom and wasn’t helping her when it came to checking in. She was doing everything else and was so unprofessional to the point that she answered her PERSONAL phone. This hotel is a literal hassle and again I do not recommend!!!!

Horrible I had a horrible experience. I would never book there again. The continental breakfast was disgusting. I had billing problems that are not resolved. I am very unhappy with this establishment. I did not like anything about it. I was very disappointed.

Friendly, personable staff I recently brought a group of high school students to Columbus and stayed 2 nights at the sleep in. The driving factor for the stay at a sleep in was affordability. In an effort to make sure my kiddos were safe I looked up the police crime statistics site. It seemed a reasonably safe neighborhood, and Jay, the hotel manager, confirmed that it tended to be pretty quiet around there. They are in the midst of renovations and it seems to be going slowly (thus the "average" rating). There were definately some issues with peeling wallpaper and rooms that had clearly been smoked in. But overall, the facility was clean, felt safe, and- just as importantly- the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Every single staff person I encountered was genuinely friendly and easy going and cared to make sure our stay was good. If you are in need of a cheap, safe, friendly place to lay your head, I give this Sleep Inn my thumbs up.

Worst trip ever We drove 11 1/2 hours to get there and find the place in shambles looking abandoned and damaged! It would have been nice to get a notice that place was clearly not open. We could not even call the number, it went straight to busy and a failed call. We had sit in a parking lot trying to get a refund from bookings.com and had to spend the next hour trying to find a new place to stay. Horrible way to start our trip to see our sons graduation.
