Rodeway Inn Cypress - Near Cypress College

SAFE, CLEAN, NEW Mike at the Front Desk was MORE than a breath of fresh air. We didn’t get in until late at night and Mike was soo accommodating, friendly and resourceful. He made sure that every concern we’d had, was taken care of. I am a person in the public eye and I’m a stickler for cleanliness and new amenities. So, the fact that our trip was the spur of the moment, made for some concern on my part, because I’d never stayed at a Rodeway Inn before. Boy, was I happy that we’d chosen this place. It’s not only SUPER clean, but NEW and though they were full that weekend, the hotel was extremely quiet and so peaceful. We had the option to go for a nighttime walk to nearby food places. Simply delightful! Bottom line, Mike needs to be replicated in other Rodeway Inns around the country and my family and I are _happy campers. We will be back_ Thanks Mike! You’re a ROCKSTAR✨

Guy at the front desk was cool Was here for about a week or two, had no issue extending my stay every day. Clean and well maintained. Gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly despite being the only one there. Would stay again

Great hotel for going to Disneyland A very nice hotel with comfortable beds. Recently remodeled. Very quiet and friendly staff. Hotel is only q5 minutes to Disneyland, which makes it very close and much more affordable than Anaheim hotels

Horrible customer service Me and my husband decided to check in 01/01/22 at 7:45 pm. At that time we doesn’t know yet if we’re going to extend our stay until that morning. And when we decided for extension, we did the same process online for extension knowing from the management and online portal are on the same page. The management doesn’t honor the online extension because of the discount process. I was asking him why He did not tell us in advance those type of policies when we check in. And his answered its not his responsibility to inform those things. We are living in digital world already, I booked my stay online, the way the hotel management and online portal management are not on the same page as what they offer I don’t think it’s our fault and be harassed. He called the police to threatened us to check out fast knowing it’s not yet our check out time. This is will be my unforgettable staying in a hotel that I feel like a criminal. Never ever STAY this place. I hope this hotel will shut down as they are not capable in securing their customer.

WORST Hotel we have EVER STAYED IN !!!!!! Upon check in the room smelled unclean and musty....it looked and smelled like the sheets to the beds were not clean and fresh, but rather remade from another customer before us. When I asked the maid the next day to remake the beds with CLEAN sheets, she refused saying it was against policy unless we checked out???? I had a family member come by to visit me at my hotel that evening ( they live in Cypress ) and the management actually held the elevator closed so they couldn't get up to my floor. Then they followed my visitor all the way up to my floor and demanded that she leave because I was told that I could NOT HAVE VISITORS? WTF???? I have never been spied on before and told that I could not have someone stop by to say hello at a hotel. Mind you we were NOT HAVING A PARTY, GET TOGETHER, ANYTHING of the sort. Just a family member stopping by to welcome us . I was embarrassed of the management's behavior to say the least. The next morning the management followed my husband and I out to our car as we were leaving for the day to continue on with the same conversation we had had the night before! We left for the day to return around 11 pm that night. The management would not allow us to use the elevator until they were certain it was just my husband and I going up to our room! They made me sick and angry. I had prepaid for my two nights, but I will NEVER stay at this raunchy place again as the Hindi management were TOTALLY CLASSLESS AND DISRESPECTFUL. I totally feel they treated us with a racist attitude. I feel we were overcharged as well. Paid $300 for a 2 night stay. They also advertised breakfast was provided which was a lie, not even a coffee maker in the room. Thurs and Friday nights. DSD 10-26-21 The towels provided did not smell or look clean either. BAD BAD BAD POOR EXPERIENCE. Management does NOT BELONG in this business........
