Sad excuse for a Comfort Suites Let me start by saying I am a platinum member and this is the worst Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in. Only one elevator was working and it was scary because it dropped after stopping and made weird noises. I would have taken the stairs but I have a bad knee and couldn't. No ice machines were working so you couldn't even fix a drink or fill your cooler in the morning. There was not even a chair to sit in to watch TV, except the desk chair. The light bulb was missing from the lamp. The bed cover was just a thin sheet and thin top cover. Breakfast was also a disappointment. No boiled eggs, no yogurt, cold coffee, no milk (2% or whole). I had to find the attendant and ask for milk. She was hiding in the back on her phone. The scrambled eggs were empty at 8:30 and the kitchen trash cans were full. I would have complained but there was no one at the front desk. Hotel desperately needs a remodel and repairs.

Worst hotel & service!!! Never anyone at front desk, lamp broken, NEVER ANSWERED PHONE! Smoking by frf door, no cart No one at front desk. They walked behind wall. Rude, had to call for them to come out to register us. No cart for luggage! Room dirty, bed’s sheets old, lamp broken! Would not answer phone. My husband finally went down and told them about lamp and they gave him a low wattage bulb. You had to yell for them at desk as no one was ever there.

Awful We booked a room online with 2 queen beds. When we got there they first room they gave us was already occupied. The second one only had one bed. The third one hadn't been cleaned. We finally had to settle for a room with one bed and a sofa sleeper. If it hadn't been so late I would have insisted on a refund. The hallways and rooms smell like stale cigarette smoke, the bed is hard as a rock. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom, no bath towels or wash cloths. It has a hand held shower but nothing to hang it on so it just hangs down into the tub. I will never stay here again and don't recommend it.

Don't stay here. This hotel was the filthiest that we have ever stayed in. Upon arriving we were informed that there was $100 charge non refundable for dogs. We were told that luggage carts weren't available "right now", THERE WERE NO LUGGAGE CARTS. The floor in the elevator was filthy. The carpets in the rooms were filthy. The furniture in the rooms were stained and worn. Breakfast was not edible except for the cereal.. We had just finished 8 days on the road and had had good stays at other Choice hotels. If this had been my first experience at a Choice hotel, it would have been my last.

Do not stay here This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. This was a small family get away, my mom likes to take her grandkids to do something every year for spring break, so we went to Denison to urban air and we made sure to book a hotel that had a “heated” pool so that after urban air the kids could have fun swimming. Well the “heated” pool was absolutely freezing, the hot tub was broke and roped off with caution tape, the fitness center had a sign that said closed until further notice. Our room was not clean, I do not believe they vacuum at all, our room had jelly beans on the floor upon our arrival, the ceiling in your bathroom had bits that were falling down, the shower drained slow. Everything was dirty. We stayed in two queen suites and the couch was a pull out bed but their were no blankets in either room for the pull outs and when we asked the front desk they said they didn’t have any blankets. When we took the kids to the freezing swimming pool before we knew it was freezing there were no towels in the pool area and when we asked the front desk they said they could look, they came back with three towels saying that was all they had. DO NOT STAY HERE.
