Breakers this facility was very nice with friendly staff and great view of ocean. the area was easy to navigate with some very good eating places. There were lots of places to visit , plenty of walking trails and lots of history .

Wouldn’t return or recommend The room was in need of repair. The room was not clean. Dirty shower a bad smell in the kitchen area, floor had a raised area that was a good size that we kept tripping on. Couch and chair had stains on them. We cokd hear the people above us very loud. Our room was first floor.

Winter Family Vacation The resort and 2 bedroom unit size were wonderful. The indoor pool is more like a children's pool, very small and shallow and far away from the outdoor hot tub. Not user friendly. For Families vacationing in the Winter, and expecting a good size regular pool for swimming, this is not the place for you. Also, you can hear your neighbors very clearly, both the neighbors on your side units and definitely neighbors above you! The access to the beach is wonderful and the place is clean and well-stocked. No kitchen burners for cooking, so bring your own 2 burner stove top and pans if you want to cook anything that can't be microwaved.

Fabulous Great staff beautiful area unit in good shape. Can't think of a negative Parking was decent weather was good fo I'm not sure what else to say I enjoyed dot coffee machine. It had like 25 choices. Nice beach I walk there everyday plenty of stores in beaches in the area church was available near grocery store when to antique shops and second hand shops.

Terrible MOTEL Place was terrible. Noise above your head, no privacy had to put towels up against the bathroom window because it faced the hallway where people walk through to get to their units. No water views from most of the units. Only about 3 units face the water the rest are parking lot views. That being the case, you can't open your curtains or blinds so we were darkened the entire stay! Our bedroom faced another unit, so we couldn't open the curtain, the other faced the parking lot. No natural light. Than the water was cold for a day and a half then a pipe exploded beneath us. Doors to units kept open so no security. Queen size bed we had was actually a full. Bring a measuring tape! This is now a common practice among places, trying to pass off full size beds as queens. This place is like staying at a motel. Units face the parking lot and most units have no view what so ever. Will never return!
