Clean and Friendly Really clean and quiet property , with friendly staff, and fast shuttle service! If you need a place to stay during a layover this is the place. So close to the airport.

Perfect Stay Near the Airport! This hotel was clean and a perfect place near the airport after arriving in Denver at 2:00 a.m. They even offered quick breakfast items such as a granola bar, yogurt, and breakfast sandwiches which you could heat up. The shuttle to and from the airport was a perk as well.

Place to Stay at DIA Great stay! Friendly staff. Large rooms. Shuttle service and long term parking available. This will be our go to hotel when in the DIA area.

Overcharged, no resolution Quoted a certain rate and confirmed certain rate. We were surprised to get a email that we were charged double what we were told. Hotel staff would not resolve our issue. They refused to refund the money or go with rate quoted. Spent a very long time on the phone trying to either cancel or get refund and hotel staff was refusing to help.

Bad breakfast, Noisy morning, Pay shuttle, Clean enough rooms Cleaning crew fill the halls and lobby by 7:30am, with noisy vacuum of lobby and housekeeping knocking on room doors. Breakfast is packaged muffins full of junk ingredients, and Nature Valley granola bars... coffee drinks from an auto-machine like at a gas station... packaged sausage biscuits. Breakfast did have green tea bags which was nice, and a Del Monte fruit cup. They charged $8 for the airport shuttle. Lobby furniture had huge stains covering the fabric. They did have a computer center and printer but I didn't use it. Spacious area of tables and chairs. Front desk staff was a mix of some people rude, judgmental, and unhelpful, and other people patient and helpful (though rather limited by their management rules). Rooms seemed clean except for some hair strands in the shower but we're all humans and our hair ends up randomly around. Beds were on the soft side but ok. Pillows were too firm or too full to find much comfort on them. Room had an extra sitting chair and a desk with chair. Told that all rooms are non-smoking. I DO NOT recommend this hotel, unless you don't need breakfast and are ok with the price. Also, 3rd party online reservation systems can cause detailed problems here.
