Amazing experience! We’ve stayed at Hampton Inns for the past 15 years. This was the Best service and breakfast experience so far! When we checked in after multiple flights delays, the night attendant Melanie was super helpful. And Claire knocked breakfast out of the park the next morning. The lemon scones were Soo good! Thanks - we’ll be back!

Smelly rooms The first one that we were given, had a terrible smell, and there was a machine in the bathroom. The front desk told us it the smell was due to a broken sewer pipe. I told him this should've been disclosed to me at booking. They moved us to a new room. By morning, the new room was full of the same smell from the sewer. we checked out. Too many other choices to put up with this. The carpets were also very dirty full of stains in the room. The hotel hallways were super hot And appeared to not be air-conditioned.

Exceptional front desk ... The front desk personnel made this a wonderful experience. Gabby and Elena went above and beyond in service. The rooms were very clean, the bed comfortable and the proximity to the Moonlight Diner a huge plus!!! Really good coffee in the morning was an extra plus. Water pressure was good too!

Should’ve slept in the airline lounge instead Bed is hard as a rock, sheets are scratchy, pillows are terrible, like a wad of stuff cotton batting for a cheap stuffed animal. This was the most expensive airport hotel, I selected in the hopes of a comfortable night’s sleep for my child and I after a long airport delay left us stuck. Other hotels were $75 less. But i find myself wide awake at 5 am w a sore neck. Even my child can’t sleep. Another rough day of travel ahead w a sleep-deprived parent and child.
