Clean, convenient and comfortable Stopped for the night in Dickson and Econo Lodge had the cheapest price at the exit. We did not have a reservation but there was vacancy and they honored the lower price from their website. It was clean and fairly quiet considering the proximity to the interstate. The single queen room was spacious and clean, seemed like it may have been updated recently. We made a good choice!

The basics If you are looking for a reasonable place JUST to sleep and then hit the road the next day this would qualify. Very basic but clean. The mattresses are old and springy and need to be replaced. The bedding itself is very low quality. I was disappointed to discover that the only breakfast was coffee and juice. ZERO fruit or yogurt or anything! You can walk to Hardees next door, but this place is the same price as other EL's I have stayed at that included breakfast. I tried it but will look elsewhere next time in Dickson.

Clean, comfortable economy motel This motel was a pleasant surprise. The rate was around $75/night, and motels can be dodgy in that price range, but this motel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owner works on site and it shows. She's great! Bed was comfortable, everything worked as it should. We used this motel as a base to explore the surrounding area and Nashville. Easy drive into Nashville (after the rush hour, of course).

Nice Hotel at a Good Price Hotels like Econo Lodge are often very hit or miss, in terms of quality, etc. Well, this was a pretty nice one. The entire facility was very clean, including the hotel room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the location is very close to nearby restaurants, etc. The only caveat was that the bed was not the most comfortable, but certainly serviceable. Good, cost-friendly place to stay overall.

One night while traveling Outside appearance is good. Inside is very dated. We did not have a reservation and arrived around 9pm when other hotels were booked. So we were happy to get a room. I thought the price was reasonable at $130 but now see online they say $89. When we opened the door there was a horrible odor. But the room appeared to be clean. After a few minutes my husband couldn't stand the odor and asked if there was another room. They moved us directly across the hall. No odor, and room appeared to be clean, so we were good. However the bathroom sink would backup on you. The shower head was broken. It was stuck in the massage setting but water would not rotate. You just got one small forceful stream of water. We attempted the continental breakfast at 8:30. All that was available was cereal, nasty looking oatmeal, 2 biscuits and 1/2 serving of eggs. We decided to just get a cup of coffee and orange juice. The orange juice tasted horrible. As I poured it out I noticed it's weird color. More of a burnt orange color.
