Very good If I didn't have the problems with the key card it works have been great. Also the breakfast was awful. The ice maker was broken on my floor but one of the workers got ice for me from another floor.

This hotel is disgusting This hotel is disgusting and the staff including the check-in staff are useless. No towels, no toilet paper, no english, no effort, fresh stains all over the carpet. Many photos taken to go along with my negative google review.

Not a good place to stay. No staff at the front desk. Breakfast was not good. Pool was not clean. No hot tub even though they show it on there website.

Horrible I recently tryed to stay here once I arrived I was given keys to 3 different rooms that the doors would not open the entire 3rd floor stink of drug and cigarette smoke the place was very dirty and very noisy staff had very little knowledge and still no refund has been made.. it was safer and cleaner to leave and sleep in my truck

Disgraceful Property management July 12 had reservations and pre-paid. arrived at 10 pm, clerk said she had no rooms cleaned, couldn’t stay there. Had to stay at another hotel. Would not reimburse me $171 for neighboring best western hotel. Prop mgr very poor customer relations. Considering further legal action.
