Just stopped In We were greeted with a smile she asked if we were Hilton’s Honors she took our information and we were I our room with our cold waters within 5 minutes of arriving. Room was clean water was hot and had great pressure. Cold water was very cold for drinking. Bed was comfortable. Would certainly stay again

Clean room The room was clean and Breakfast was nice, but bring Your own pillows. They were extremely mushy and it made it very hard to sleep. The couch in The room we stayed in was not Very comfortable and hard to Sit in. As for the bathroom No fans so everything steamed Up.

B Grade Sits in a mall. Room was clean (except for dusty top of air conditioner, useful as a shelf). Sink drains s-l-o-w-l-y and cold tap water on our 2nd day was yellow. No fan in bathroom. Good breakfast included.

Beds not up to Hilton Standards It’s becoming hit or miss with Hampton Inns lately and this one was on the “miss” list because the bed was very stiff [uncomfortably firm and not to Hilton standards) stained sheets (probably beach but who knows), no toilet paper holders, crumbling ceiling paint in the bathroom, and a very musty oder when entering the room. On the positive side, water pressure was great for the shower and the staff was very friendly. This hotel is showing its age and an update is needed. I am a Hilton Honors member so I was very disappointed.

Not so good The hallway was dirty and smelled chemically. The room was not vacuumed well - found large crumbs under edge of bed - and the lower shelf in the bathroom was very dusty. The breakfast was terrible. The poorest quality food, high fat and sugar, little in the way of healthy options. ( seriously, Trix yogurt) Moved to Best Western which was cleaner, cheaper and had a better breakfast (scrambled eggs, potatoes)
