Great Team and Stay I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for approximately 110 nights and I must say that the entire experience was very good. I have stayed in extended stay hotels before and most smelt like cigarette smoke but not this one. The staff was always pleasant and very accommodating. You certainly get what you pay for here. Not a Marriott but certainly worth what you pay. I would certainly recommend this place.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced!! The room smelled, the staff was not responsive, and for a non smoking hotel there was certainly a lot of smoking going on. The room was not clean, the bed was so lumpy and the pillows were flat!! We had to make multiple calls to the front desk between 1am - 3am to deal with the room next to us, and the noise. They did handle the noise, but not before we were kept up for 4 hours longer than we planned. We asked to be put in another room, but was told there were no more rooms. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Excellent place to stay! We stayed in Suburban hotel in Duluth for 3 weeks. It is well managed, clean, and prices are reasonable. I like the fact that you can cook there. This hotel is a true sample of excellent hospitality! The manager Steve is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. All respect for him who does a great job there! He was very thoughtful and understanding to our needs. He gave us the best, sunny and quiet room. The staffs were very helpful, hotel coffee was delicious! Our overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families.

best hotel in Atlanta one positive surprise after a other. check in was very easy , front desk always very helpful . manager and staff and housekeeping personal staff is so helpful . the hotel is very clean , close to 85 and the energye center .our stay was more than 5 star. thank you for making our stay unforgettable .

SUBURBAN Extended Stay Duluth Me and my family have now moved to the Suburban, and let me tell you we couldn't be happier. This place is not only clean the staff is out of this world. This is the 2nd Choice Hotel we've stayed. When you stay at a hotel where you are treated so nice and are surrounded by a staff that works so hard to make your stay great I just can't believe the other hotels we stayed at before haven't done anything about the management in charge at those hotels. The Suburban is really a great hotel with an outstanding staff. I just feel I need to go back and fill everyone in on the 2 hotels that provided us two of our worst experiences ever. The Suburban in Duluth Georgia is the way it's supposed to be.
