Nice clean accommodations would definitely go back The rooms were clean and beds were good. Breakfast was good with alot of choices. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Brought my dog cause it's a pet friendly hotel which was great. Had 2 different places outside for your pet to do their business. We didn't have to walk around parking lot looking for a place

Worst Hampton inn I’ve ever been in Check in was great. Employee was kind and extremely nice. The room was quite disgusting. The floor in the bathroom was very wet with soap suds still on floor. I requested extra towels from housekeeping and she only had 1 extra. There was a smell in the room like 2nd hand smoke. Housekeeping said it’s the a/c heating system. The chair had stains all over it and the cabinet door was hanging on a hinge. Horrible experience

Helpful staff make for a great experience. The customer service was great. Kudos to Michelle at the front desk. She was very helpful. She made sure I got the resources I needed for my business meeting. The hotel was very clean, the space well designed. Happy to be a Hilton Honors member.

Fraudulent charge. My credit card was charged $250.00, 6 hours after I checked out, For smoking in my room. I DON'T smoke. No one other than myself was in my room. I contacted the hotel and asked to speak to the manager on 3 different occasions, but never got a return call. As a side note, Hilton Honors was of no help. I had previously stayed at this location at least a dozen times and never had a problem, but I will never stay here again.

Nasty scruffy floors! Bad customer service Nasty, un-vacuumed floors, found cereals stuck to my feet upon walking to the bathroom to shower. No working internet/Wifi either. I therefore asked them to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee refund yet instead was laughably informed that instead I could leave and they wouldn’t charge me! How very considerate and kind of them on a stormy miserable rainy night. Subsequently I can give my own 100% guarantee that I will never stay there again and suggest others consider the same
