Quality Inn & Suites Vail Valley

We will try a different place next time The hotel was convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, and the interstate. Our room was on the backside of the hotel and we did not hear any traffic noise. Our room had a lamp and nightstand between two queen beds, a clock, closet, desk with chair, microwave, and mini-fridge. The room had two luggage racks which is nice. The sink was in the bedroom. The bathroom had a toilet and a tub/shower. The bath towels were a good size. The room air conditioning/heating unit did not have any indication of temperature so just had to guess at what to set it, somewhere between 0 and 10. Breakfast was okay. The only fresh fruit was bananas. The elevator was not working which we knew when we made the reservation. That is an amenity that should be fixed within a day a two but I did not get the impression that it was something they were working urgently. The lobby restrooms were shut up with coverings over the signs. We were told that we had to use the bathroom in our room; not something that one wants to hear after traveling a long distance and with a queue waiting to check in. Not something a “quality” hotel would do, rather it is something that a cheap hotel would do.

Luke Phenomenal! Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking to stop in the Eagle area. Also, the best rate I could find for a single bed room.

There are better options I was really surprised at the low quality of this hotel. The first thing about the room that struck me was that it had a velour blanket for the bed spread, tacky. Not even half bedspread. Just a worn ugly brown velour blanket not even tucked in. Worst first impression I’ve ever had. Secondly was the fact that you could not enter by the side doors with room key. You could only enter by the front door then prop a side door open to bring your luggage in or go outside to smoke. Thirdly, the place was clammy. I mentioned it and the receptionist said she was cold so had shut the windows. I don’t think a stuffy entry is appealing . Really I’ve stayed in some some small town hotels but this one is worse than most and not cheap. I would definately not recommend .

West Coast 2023 We stayed at this hotel after a last minute change (due to snow in the upcoming forecast) to our route heading to the west coast. The room was huge and had a nice sitting area and we enjoyed using the whirlpool in our room. The hotel was nice away from town, but was in walking distance to a large supermarket. The breakfast didn't have any hot food, such as eggs, bacon etc, but had raisin bran crunch, biscuit sandwich and a yummy frittati to heat up. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if in the Eagle area.

A bed in Eagle Was visiting to ski Vail and Beaver, my normal BnB rental was booked so we stayed at Quality inn. The $130-$150 range is about as cheap as you can find in Eagle. The place is dated but mostly clean. The hot tub was warm but the jets needed maintenance. The hot breakfast was great, included eggs, sausage, waffles, and breakfast sandwiches. Would stay again if I cannot find a cheaper place. Another perk is you are next to a supermarket, liquor store, and some restaurants.
