Clean, comfortable hotel We have stayed in hotels from Ohio, to Michigan, to Indiana the last 9 nights. Hands down this was the absolute best! Staff is awesome and rooms extremely clean. My husband was thankful to finally get a good cup of coffee early this morning. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

Don’t stop here First terrible experience here after staying here for years to visit family. WARNING construction in progress so elevators/floors are not clean in common areas. Had issues with air quality. We are retired and diamond elite members. We were told by young man at desk 5at he had no idea where the carts were and after explaining we were handicapped he didn’t offer any assistance or apology. Terrible way to end a twelve hour drive…

Items taken from room. Stayed 2 nights on a shopping trip to the outlets nearby. Room was fine. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. Price was competitive for the area. HOWEVER.....while we were away from our room, we had three bags of merchandise we had just bought disappear from our room. Housekeeping had cleaned during this time. After 8 phone calls and 10 days we were finally refunded the cost of the goods. Melanie ( the manager) was very uncooperative and unprofessional. Not apologetic at all and seemed to not believe anything was missing. A very bad experience that could have been handled better. We will NOT be back. Rod B.

Use caution when you give this place your credit card, or you might be wishing you stayed at another place. Nice hotel, just beware, they charged us twice, two separate charges for one room. Wife caught it about 5 days after the visit. We thought no bid deal, she called them to tell that we got double charged, figured they would remove one of the charges. No, they said we used 2 rooms. It was me and my wife only, we didn't need two rooms. they wouldn't hear any more. They said they checked with their housekeeping staff and they cleaned both rooms. And we have to pay for two rooms, and fight it through the credit card company. We have. We gave them logical reasoning, like if we used two rooms it would one charge with twice the price, they didn't want to hear it. So with this place when you give them your credit card be aware they might pull something like this with you.

Don't Bother Dreadful hotel. No service, meagre rooms, minimum bedding. Just basic, basic,basic. Staff unhelpful...but not really their fault...it's just a crap hotel. You would think that because the hotel is out for f the city centre they would provide an added value experience?....the reverse is be true...this hotel is just to plain bad
