Great Stay Great experience for airport stay! Long-term parking is cheaper than nearby hotels and lots. Airport shuttle quick and reliable. Everything was perfect - check in seamless and quick, big room and bathroom, bed was super comfortable, tv was great. I worked from the room and it was very comfortable. Coffee out all day, lobby is perfect to work from too. Will stay again!

Poor Customer Service I would encourage absolutely no one to stay here. While the rooms are serviceable and the location is ideal when traveling to and from Newark airport, they’ll fail to mention that if you call the front desk late at night looking for directions to the shuttle at Newark, they will send you to the furtherest end of the airport and when you call back, they’ll say they never said that. Some context. My group arrived at Newark airport around 11:30 pm after a long delayed flight. After collecting our baggage, we contacted the front desk for directions on where to meet the shuttle. We were told to go to terminal A, then to P4, and that the shuttle runs every 1/2 hour. We followed these directions, only to find when we got to terminal A, you cannot access P4 without going back on the air train in the same direction we came from (we arrived in terminal c). I then called the front desk and after 8-10 rings, a woman named Nicole answered and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that I was as far away as I could get and the next shuttle was at 12:30 am (it was 12:25 am). When I asked if there was any way to ask the shuttle to wait, since it was her directions that put us in the wrong location, she claimed to have no way to contact the driver. So, back on the air train we go, lugging behind all of our baggage. We arrive at P4 around 12:45 am, only to find a shuttle (remember, this runs every 1/2 hour and was supposed to leave at 12:30) that was full of passengers. At this point, I was told it was another 1/2 hour before the shuttle would return. Keep in mind, I landed at 11:30, and this would have put our group at 1:30. A 2 hour return trip to a hotel 10 minutes away. Our group flagged down 2 taxis and paid the $30 flat rate to simply get to our cars. Once we arrived at the hotel, the shuttle was sitting there, empty, knowing there were passengers still stranded at the airport. I filed a complaint with IHG guest relations and Louie (the hotel manager) refused our request for taxi reimbursement. Our group contains several loyal IHG members (including some platinum elite) who will never frequent another IHG hotel. Apparently asking to be reimbursed for travel because “they had a shuttle” is too much of

So close to airport with free parking Had a free IHG night to burn and needed at hotel by the airport for early AM flight. No online checkin as some hotels have but quick checkin. Was a big line at other times. Shuttle runs every 30 min which is nice. Rooms clean and basic. AC efficient but noisy. Gym has a water dispenser, weights and a good variety of machines. Would stay again-

Fine, just tiny Tiny room! It was fine, but my goodness it was hard to move around in there. Family of 4 stayed in a 2-queen room for 1 night prior to talking a 7 night cruise out of Bayonne/Cape Liberty. We had 4 suitcases plus 1 carry-on sized suitcase. Finding a place for all our luggage was very challenging as we weren't going to unpack our bags, we just needed them open to access what we needed for 1 night. I would suggest anyone in the same situation to reconsider staying here, or request a room that is larger if possible. Other than that it was perfectly fine, staff was nice, breakfast was what a hotel continental breakfast is to be expected. (Some things fine, some things not edible. But enough to fill your tummy for the morning.)

Can't fault the room. Quite clearly an airport hotel as certain members of staff make it feel like they don't want you there. Decent room; clean, comfortable, and not bank breaking. The first member of staff at reception didn't even acknowledge me, even to tell me she was curretly checking in someone who had run back to their car. We were then told the hotel provided shuttle bus doesn't actually take you to the terminal. Rather, we were told quite rudely that the hotel provides a $25 taxi to do this. Take the cheaper Uber alternative. It may be $18, but it's far better than providing more money to staff that clearly aren't interested. Not to mention housekeeping trying to kick you out at 9 am. Usual check out is 11am, plus at the Gold membership level, it's 2pm. So barging in at 9 am. is absolutely unacceptable. 3* for the room only, would 1* for the attitude of the woman on reception if not for the room.
