Comfort indeed After multiple flight delays from Seattle to Oklahoma City, we finally made it to our hotel (at approx 335am). The young lady at the desk knew we were coming as I had kept them abreast of our situation and checked us in before the 3am cancelation deadline... for which we were most grateful. Upon arrival we provided a couple signatures and photo ID then we were off to bed. Mmmmm bed... it was firm, but not too firm, just right... a total goldilocks moment. We placed the DND on the door and slept until 130pm. Upon arising we journeyed to the breakfast area for some coffee and a news paper where staff treated us with a friendly laughing smile and a "good morning". Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. My husband likes to talk to the staff, develop a report with them, so imagine his surprise when a young man began talking to him about "noodlin" (catching catfish with your bare hands). I promise, it was a priceless conversation. Everything about this lovely little place says comfort... the pool, game area(foosball, pool and air hockey), workout room, guest rooms and mostly the super nice staff. I highly recommend you give them a try... after so many let downs in Elk City recently with the hotels, this was a true gem of a find.

CLOSED! Still on Choice website! This hotel is closed! Had to find another place to stay after reservation was made!!! Had to argue to have charges reversed!!! Nothing good to say about this experience! I ‘d rate it a 0 if I could!!!

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL - IT IS CLOSED! Imagine our surprise when we pulled up to an empty parking lot at this hotel to see a sign on the front door telling us it was closed! We had booked through Choice Hotels and by we I mean several of my family members. We were in Elk City for a funeral and coming from different states so we all chose this hotel so we could be together and visit. Unfortunately we all ended up being at different hotels because we all were scrambling to find a hotel that had a room available. We called the number listed for this hotel only to hear on the other end that it was disconnected. All of us called Choice Hotels and they handled the cancelations without a problem and said that they were unaware that the hotel was closed. It has been closed for 2 months according to the locals!! I feel like we should all be offered a free night's stay at one of their hotels or at least some extra points for all the inconvenience that we went through upon all of our arrivals! These travel websites need to be current so no one else has such an experience. Something like this could ruin a vacation for someone!

AVERAGE INN This inn did not meet the standards of other Comfort Inn & Suites. The inn staff were not too friendly--seems like it bothered them when you checked-in. The attendant for breakfast did an outstanding job. She was friendly and pleasant to talk to. She kept the food area very clean and presentable. Good variety of breakfast food.

Clean and well maintained This hotel was very clean. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Beds were a little hard for my taste but still a nice hotel stop for just one night. I would go there again when traveling.
