Disgusting room, smelled of smoke and vomit Room stinked heavily, combination of vomit, smoke and heavy industrial strength cleaning material to make the smell go away. Except it wasn't effective. When I called up front desk, they said they were sorry but no other rooms. They claimed the rooms are non smoking but possible someone might have smoked.

Run down hotel not worthy of the Hyatt brandt branding. Stayed in hotel 2 nights July 26-27. This hotel, BY FAR, the most run down Hyatt property I have ever been to !! Carpet stained, carpet torn, dirty windows, blinds in room didn't work, 2 out of 3 table umbrellas near pool were broken, shower moldy , trash in elevator was there when I got there, and there when I left. You have been warned!!!

Unsatisfactory Stay and Safety Concerns My family and I had an extreme dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel from July 19th, 2024 through July 25th, 2024. The numerous issues we encountered during this period have compelled me to bring them to your immediate attention. Key Issues: Shower Malfunctions: The showers in our suite barely emitted water. On the second day, one bathroom toilet continuously ran and failed to flush properly. Electrical Hazards: Several outlets were unable to securely hold plugs, posing a significant fire hazard. Lack of Response: Despite requesting to be moved and to hear from a manager the next morning and everyday we were there no one contacted us. We were told the hotel was full but eventually shown three alternative rooms: The first had similar shower issues and was dirty. The second had a massive rip in the carpet (tripping hazard) and a large crack in the closet door glass (hazardous). The third room, in an area under construction, was deemed unsuitable as we needed a safe and functional room for my very ill father. False Advertising: I booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite at your this hotel, expecting amenities such as a functioning restaurant and rooms, which was falsely advertised on your website. The restaurant has been closed for over a year. The staff and assistant manager stated they have requested multiple times for it to be taken down, yet Hyatt has not complied. Additionally, I was not informed of ongoing construction during booking. Inadequate Compensation for unsafe rooms. Despite the multitude of issues and stress caused, we were initially offered one free night out of our six-night stay, which was unacceptable. Eventually, we were promised two free nights and free parking, which was not reflected in the billing records at checkout, which extended our checkout process. Thankfully the manager, Sarah had stepped up front and told the desk that we were telling the truth.

Hyatt House Denver Tech Center Needs an Overhaul This hotel is extremely run down and way below what I expect from a Hyatt property. We did not receive any service to our room during our 4-night stay, not even a towel change out. We had to find a maid in the hallway to get additional towels. The shower has a bad build-up of mold in the grout. The shower room door would not open all the way as the shower leaks so badly on the floor it has warped the bottom of the wood door. The electrical outlet by the bathroom sink was dead. Had to be replaced during our stay. Made two trips to the front desk to try and obtain new towels only to find a sign that said they would return as they were helping other customers. I guess only one person works the desk. The carpet in the room and hallways is worn out. They also charge $10.00 a night to park in their lot.

Absolutely the Worst Hotel was run down and disgustingly filthy. Room had holes in the bathroom walls, and the carpet left our feet black.
