I never expected to feel this at some, while being so far away. The staff at Estes Village Inn are amazing. Dawn at the front desk was incredibly helpful with suggestion for local parks and personal needs. The manager TJ was so welcoming to me and my dog both. If you want a place that's in walking distance to town, while still being budget friendly STAY HERE. You might not find premium cable, but with the amazing views right from the balconies you'll want to get out and explore! The charming lodge feel reminds me I'm in the mountains, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home.

Unreal. Where do I even begin with this room? Couldn’t tell what was worse. The green patch of carpet where it looks like they didn’t have enough to finish the floor or the Mysterious vile we found in the kitchen. The room is dirty as seen in pictures. 10/10 would not recommend bro. This experience blows ass here. The room looks like a scene from law and order special victims unit and I might wake up in the bathroom with my kidneys cut out.

Do not stay at this property This is a run down, shanty, decrepit property with god-awful mattress. The property is in a terrible shape. DO NOT believe the pictures on their website. When you go to check in there is a sign that directs you to their sister property. They do not have the courtesy to email guests ahead of time with this info. They have some nerve to charge close to $200/night. We had reserved 2 nights but bailed after the first even though it meant paying for the same night at another hotel. Couldn't stand being there.

False Advertising, Blatant Lies, a Hell Hole This place is a dive. They advertise these beautiful and rooms on their website with absolutely no mention that the property is actively under renovation. Their website states as of January 2021 their rooms feature new mattresses, linens and TV. This is about the only honest statement there. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice and we only had 2 stained washcloths that we did not use. When we arrived, we found the lobby closed and under construction. A note on the door indicated we needed to check in at their sister property. No mention of this on their website and no mention of this in the confirmation email. We called first and asked if we could see the room before we actually checked in. Nothing about this place made us feel like we were going to get what was advertised. There is a staff member who lives on site and was kind enough to show us some of the rooms. Not one looked like what is shown on their website. Having no other options in town being last minute, we apprehensively chose to stay. We went to the sister property, which also appeared to be in disrepair. Voicing our problems with their false advertising fell on deaf ears. I imagine the front desk staff hear this often but they must not care. People, after all, still stay here. I'm including some actual photos of the room we stayed in. We only slept and showered here. There was nothing that made you want to hang out in the room and relax. It was dark and gloomy. We did manage to notice a room across the parking lot being worked on. Had a ceiling fan and pictures on the wall. Our room had no fan as advertised and the only picture on a wall was in the bathroom which wasn't even large enough to cover the hole in the wall. The paint on the wall was clearly touched up and did not even match. The deadbolt on the door couldn't lock and the funny thing is, their room key sleeve suggest to lock the deadbolt as the very first thing regarding room safety. What a joke. On site staff were quite nice and accommodating but we ended up in Estes last minute and had no other options. If you plan ahead, plan to avoid this place at all costs. The shampoo and soap in the bath appeared to be what was left from the previous guest. We did not use it and made sure we tossed it in the trash so the next victims weren't left with someone else's leftovers. This is the first time I booked a room without reading the reviews. The website and description seemed nice and we were in a last minute situation. I will never make that mistake again. STAY AWAY!

Bad as it gets ! Stayed three nights only because my sister in law reserved this room, never again. Nobody ever entered our room to dump the trash or replace the soiled towels. Extremely run down in passing you can see no mowing or trimming is done. It’s a total train wreck and disgrace for Estes Park. When I asked about a ice machine I was told to call a pizza place they deliver. FYI a homeless shelter is a better option.
