Average Hotel With Excellent Service And Breakfast Had a concert at Angel of the Winds Arena, so only stayed here for one night. Front desk staff were very friendly, respectful, and accomodating and allowed us to check in early. Our room (230) had a kitchenette with fridge with large freezer. Lots of great hot and cold breakfast food choices, but breakfast room can be noisy, especially on weekends. We enjoyed our stay. Only downside: no calming view from room and some curtains and furniture are old and need to be replaced.

Other area hotels are a better alternative Very misleading website. It is not luxious. The FULL kitchens do not have an oven only a 2 burner cook top. There is no housekeeping service at all and guests are expected to fill out a request form for towels, coffee, etc. These items will be left in a bag outside your door. This could be a concern due to the hotel welcoming "subsidized" persons. Then there is a placard in the room providing a link to make it easy to tip the housekeeping staff! Had I known that I would be getting such a low level of service for a more than average hotel, I would have stayed elsewhere. The breakfast is so-so with very little variety for an extended stay hotel. There are no vending machines and the water that is available is an over priced off brand that can't be purchased with cash. Parking spots are skinny so that they can squeeze in more spots. This leaves about 4 inches on either side. Imagine trying to get into your car if another full sized vehicle is parked next to you. There is a methodone clinic nearby so those folks set up their begging position near the entrance each afternoon. Fortunately, there is security 24/7 to reduce vehcle vandalism. The one bright spot in my stay was "Dinah" at the desk when I checked in. She is very pleasnt and helpful. The others that I encountered acted as though I was a bother.

Hot trash Well if you like having homeless and a sleeping security gaurd on site this is your place. This place is a joke. The stairwell to the dog area smells of urine and they don’t seem to care about the Transients on the property bothering the guess or going through the trash and throwing it on the ground.

Rude front desk clerk. Very rude front desk clerk who worked all mornings from 07/09 to 07/12/2024. Always looking at the computer in front of her and didn’t do eye contact or smile when I was there to ask a question. I spilled some juice at the lobby and I told her that. She grunted and walked away to clean it without saying anything. She ruined my vacation. Management, please teach her to be polite to paying guests. There was another front desk clerks (lady who worked 07/08 morning and Asian looking gentleman worked some afternoons) were very nice and helpful.

Go somewhere else! Terrible front desk service. Like pulling teeth to get an early check in. No one asked how our stay was. Breakfast was ultra gross- expected better. The room was missing black out curtains on one window so it was too light in the room to sleep. For a room that cost $250+, this was so disappointing. Staff didn't seem to care. I used to love this hotel but it has gone way downhill. SO overpriced for what you get.
