Clean, Comfortable and Modern Clean, Comfortable and Modern. Very well taken care of. The suite was spacious. Very large living room with a large sink, fridge, microwave and small storage cabinet in kitchenette and it also had a large mirror. French doors separated living area from the bedroom. The bedroom/bathroom had the sink, mirror and dressing area separated from the shower and toilet room. This was very nice and convenient for our large family. The staff were super friendly. Large and convenient parking area. It’s located in a convenient but busy area of Fayetteville. Overall a great stay. I need to return to Fayetteville at the end of this week and will book here again.

A mixed experience. Hotel is located off Highway 49 near the intersection with MLK Boulevard. Extremely busy traffic area. Friendly front-desk check-in. Our 3rd floor room was spacious and clean. No musty odor. But jerry-rigged, difficulty-adjustable window drapes were held in place by binder clips!! What?? Room had microwave and refrigerator. 40” TV. Bathroom was clean. Good strong shower. Hand-wash basin was badly cracked and in need of replacement. Like the drapes, created an unfavorable first impression. Beds were firm but comfortable. Pillowcases smelled a bit musty. Breakfast was good with usual range of traditional offerings. Good quality coffee. Well maintained breakfast area. Only major negative was an extremely loud yapping dog down the hallway early one morning that lasted about 15 minutes. Exasperating and nerve grating! Owner had presumably gone to breakfast. Not enamored with dog-friendly hotels for this and other reasons. At a pinch, would stay here again but would check prices for similar quality doggy-free hotels in the local area. Hampton Inns are generally clean and well maintained but are not often the best value for money.

Clean and quiet hotel We chose this hotel as it’s a mile from the Tyson indoor track Center. Our digital key did not work upon our 10pm arrival. The front desk was less than welcoming with my issue and upon preparing the physical keys she said they have had issues all day - maybe she should have led with that statement instead of me feeling awkward and a bother. Our room was nice with a few of outdoor storage units that were very well lit at night. The darkening shades needed about an inch more in width, but it was ok. The beds are FIRM but comfortable and sit on a metal bed frame - I stumped my toe a few times the first night. The hotel was so quiet that you can hear everything!! Not people inside their rooms, but water running, the vacuum, etc. it was pretty nice for it being full to have low noise. Breakfast was ok - Luke warm at best for the biscuits, eggs and sausage but they have a microwave. No granola for yogurt, several coffee choices if you are a coffee drinker. The front desk gal that was working Sunday morning when we were leaving was super friendly and cheerful when we came through the lobby-where was she during our stay ?!?! We loved the quiet room and the close proximity to the track center. We would stay again.

Nice stay Very clean & comfortable. Hotel is beautiful & very modern. Is sits on a hill with lots of grass for dogs. Nice Mexican restaurant is off the parking lot. Other option are literally near the parking lot. Front desk staff were warm & welcoming.

Great! It was clean, efficient, and inexpensive! I can’t wait to stay there again! They had a wonderful toy army guy program, you take one and you’ll always remember the soldiers that are out fighting for our freedoms.
