Worst Marriott I have ever stayed at We stayed there 2 nights and each time we wanted to take a shower there was no hot water. Finally a kind lady at the front desk gave us a room key to another room down the hall just so my husband could take a hot shower. The Breakfast room was never clean, before they served breakfast or afterwards. The toilet paper roll in our room was falling off the wall. At least the beds were comfortable. I was finally able to get $50 back after I called Marriott customer service like 5 times and waited 45 minutes on hold each time, which was way too much hassle. I still ended up paying $70 per night and this place was totally not worth it. Everyone I talk to tells me I should have gotten a free night for our trouble. Next time I will stay at the holiday inn. Avoid this place like the plague!

Worst Marriott owned hotel we have ever stayed. When we arrived at 5:15pm the room was not ready. Had to wait 15 minutes. There was nobody at the front desk. Then some kid in at-shirt finally arrived and was not wearing a mask. They had to finish the room. They did not have any towels in the room and we had to get all the towels. The towel rack in the bathroom is broken. The way they put the mirror in the bathroom with a small shelf is horrible placement because the shelf is so low you cannot lift the water faucet to get any water pressure at all. Because of the low water pressure it takes so long to get hot water you have to settle for barely warm water. The sheets on the bed do not fit the bed properly. The curtains are dirty. We have stayed at Fairfield Inns all over and this is the worst we have ever stayed in. Even with the low price it is not worth it. And last night we stayed at a Fairfield Inn in El Reno,Oklahoma was cheaper then this and we put that one on par with any Marriott owned hotel of any class. Avoid this Fairfield at all cost!

Good hotel near six flags We stayed two nights at the Fairfield Inn in St. Louis Fenton while visiting Six Flags. The hotel didn't have our rooms ready until after 3 but gave us an upgrade on one of them due to the wait. The room was good - comfortable bed, hot shower, clean room. Our room on the 2nd floor was quiet. The breakfast was terrible. Hard cold sausage links with hard rye bread and powdered eggs. Yecch. The only good part was the pre-packaged muffin.

Quick stop on way home I44 East is HORRIBLE at night. The middle line is so faint you can’t hardly see it. So I had to stop and I always pick a Bonvoy Marriott property. This is right when you enter St Louis. The clerk was very nice and helpful. Coffee bar open 24/7. The room was clean. The hotel smelled clean. Beds are comfortable as always. Breakfast, due to Covid, is cold items only - cereal, muffins, cereal bars, pop tarts. No juice. I would recommend this hotel for a weary traveler!
