The staff were friendly when you asked for help. The teacher and assistant teach an entire class, which can be overwhelming sometimes, but flag them down to receive assistance. They kindly walked me through the steps again because my piece broke. I came out with an unbroken piece, which improved my experience.

The course is well-structured with video’s, easy to follow, and covers all the essential cocktails and techniques for beginners. Their customer service is excellent—they respond quickly to emails and are very helpful. At the end of the course, you take a test, and if you pass, you’ll receive your bartending diploma via email within 24-48 hours. I recommend taking notes as you go and getting some hands-on practice alongside the course to really build your skills. Overall, it’s a great starting point for anyone looking to learn bartending at their own pace!
