Quiet, Super Friendly If you want quiet, you'll find it here. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Live gave us the run down on where we were and provided some tips on what to do in the area. Breakfast was great. We did not eat in the restaurant but it wasn't because we didn't want too. We just didn't have time.

Distance from main city center and very expensive .Go for hotel near city center only as that's the great place to stay Hotel is located at distance from main city center . The taxi offered by hotel charged more than local cabs outside hotel . The property charges rates of 5 star but the property is Old and small .The room rate is exorbitant and make sure that you don't book breakfast as even simple omlette is Chargeable inspite of booking B&B. Front staff is good and property is clean . But not worth the money they are selling the rooms for .

Lovely hotel - great l& tranquil location Amazing hotel & great area. Within walking distance to everything but loved the fact it was peaceful. Great check in & we were upgraded to beautiful suite which was lovely bonus. Really spacious & common areas great & relaxing. We loved the garden for breakfast & after dinner drinks. Staff were welcoming, friendly & attentive. Highly recommended & we will definitely return

Excellent small luxury hotel. Will definitely return. A great experience from start to finish, everyone on the team was friendly and professional. The room had everything we needed and the bed was really large and comfortable. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the main attractions like the Duomo, which we loved as it offers some peace and calm away from the crowds of tourists. We would definitely return to this hotel on a future trip to Florence.

Incredible! Incredible boutique hotel! The staff was simply extraordinary. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The historic building and furnishings were beautiful. The hotel is in a quiet residential area across the street from a park, but easily walkable to all of the major attractions. When we wanted a taxi, we never waited longer than a few minutes after the concierge called for one. It was really nice to be away from the crowds but still very walkable. The staff set up an extra bed for a few nights so our daughter, who is living in Florence for the semester, could stay with us. I can’t say enough good things about the Hotel Regency. My wife and I loved it!
