Overall, great hotel to stay! Stevie was awesome! She made the stay worthwhile! The rooms were also very clean and location was very accessible. I also liked the selection of food you could get from the pantry. Not many hotels offer such a thing!

Worse Hotel Ever It was f****** disgusting. I do know recommend at all!! There where stain on our bed. There was food crumbs all over the floor in the kitchen. Do not come here is horrible and the service was something else. The halls smelled disgusting and my room smelled like a wet dog. And the pool looked so dirty, I was scared to go in.

Frustrating This was a weird hotel. I thought Staybridge would be a sure winner especially with a good reviews. I am an IHG several elite member and used to be an ambassador level... But I have started to move to other brands for reasons such as the ones mentioned below. When I came in the front door of this hotel, right away I could tell something was wrong. The woman at the front desk did not seem too thrilled with a working there, or maybe she was just in a bad mood that night, or maybe she didn't like me. She couldn't find my reservation and just stopped instead of continuing to look other places for it. Thank God I had the confirmation number or I think I would have been sleeping in my car. I guess someone checked me in before I even arrived at the hotel? That's a new one. The bathtub had some kind of weird stain on the bottom and had some slimy stuff in the bottom with long black hair floating in it. I don't know if they skipped cleaning the tub or what, but I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower. They texted me asking me how I stay was, and when I responded with my issues, they did not respond to my text. Several hours later I went down and talked to Sean, the manager, who apologized for how I was treated. If it weren't for Sean, I would have given this hotel one star. In any case, it was not a good experience and I don't believe I will be returning to this hotel. It's a shame, because some of the people who work there are very nice and the property is okay. It only takes a few mishaps to make someone's stay frustrating and difficult.

Delicious and cozy like as at home When we arrived in America for the first time, we stayed in this place for 2 weeks, after that we went on a business trip of my husband for 1 month to Florida and on the way we managed to visit 6 different hotels (the price range was 2 times higher than here) I've been comparing all the places with Staybridge all days and I had been waiting to come back here Why? First, the good location. You can walk to the grocery store, Walgreens , bars without car Secondly, always friendly and responsible staff Thirdly, and most importantly for me, the high quality of mattresses, bed linen and pillows! Not all hotels have such white and thick towels Also, free laundry (in another hotel I washed for $ 2 and dried things for $ 2), good sound isolation, I can't hear the neighbours And one of the most important things is that all breakfasts in hotels are practically the same everywhere. At Staybridge, I like that omelets, bacon and sausages are always cooked delicious. Very tasty yogurt with fruits, lots of different sodas, coffee with syrups. Plus, happy hours, with amazing snacks as a full dinner and free beer / wine will make you come back here again!

Overrated - it’s a one star hotel at best. Skip it and stay elsewhere is my advice This was a very dilapidated hotel in dire need or repairs. First - the staff was very friendly and made the stay bearable. But the manager and owner should be embarrassed by the hotels condition. This is not an employee or employment issue. You can hire contractors to fix things that are clearly not in working order. You just choose not to and are allowing you three star status to be unmatched and misrepresent the condition of your hotel. 1. Common areas - the pool and jacuzzi were disgusting. I welcome the management team to use these facilities daily and maybe they will become maintained. It was like nasty pond water with algae floating on the top and you couldn’t see through the water it was so dense / dark. Certainly not clear and clean. See photo provided of the scum on the jacuzzi with the bubbles. Neither pool nor jacuzzi were heated to any level of indoor temperature. So even if they were cleaned they were freezing cold. Towel at the pool area were the size of hand towel so take room towel if you venture down - unless you’re three or younger then it might be big enough to dry you off. 2. Hand sanitizer outside of elevators were not maintained and disgusting and it broken. Not attempt was made to fixing them. Staff said they had been like that for about a year. 3. Food - hit or miss. If you like overly microwaved food the. The social hour and breakfast might appeal to you. The fresh fruit was good and the beer was decent. Wine ok. Wish there was more liquor options but it’s free so beggars can’t be … 4. Don’t book in IHG you will pay more than double what secondary sites charge I paid 80/night (still not worth it) rather than the 160 / night through IHG and as a platinum elite member they would not honor the price match guarantee. 5. Shower curtains were torn in more than 10 places shoukd have been replace a year ago. Nothing in the provided shower soaps shampoos condition didn’t work / they were empty. Also didn’t provide a bar of soap: clearly they don’t get how shower gel is a strong source of UTI for women and do not understand or care about women’s health. This is for all IHG properties who have gone to the multiple customer use bottles attached to the shower walls. #stillsmansworld 5. There was trash on the floor 6. The doors in the hall ways were so dented scratched and clearly needed attention. Pictures provided. This was a very motel 6 experience. 7. Parking was very limited given the size of the hotel.
