Horrible Most horrible hotel. We had roaches and complained but the management didn’t do anything about it. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. Terrible experience. Front desk staff didn’t speak English. No assistance from on duty manager.

DO NIT STAY HERE!! The place looks fine from the outside and the reception area. The room is disgusting. There was so much hair in the tub and bathroom floor. It hadn’t been washed in a very long time. The coverlet had stains on it. The room darkening shade was gross with black stains. Also big bugs. We put the privacy tag on door so no one would come in during the day. All four days they came in and made the beds. They made it look like they cleaned the bathroom by placing the shower curtain in a so called decorative way. Although they didn’t replace the empty toilet paper roll. Food was left in fridge from previous person. The breakfast offerings was disappointing. They only served Raisin Bran, fruit loops and waffles. Once one cereal was gone on one day, they didn’t replace it for the next. No fruit or bead or anything else. I watched the guy put out the hot water and coffee in insulated thermos, the tea water was cold. If there hadn’t been a big gathering in the area, I would have stayed elsewhere. There were no other room available. Our friends checked in by and were given a room. They went to the room and found it a mess. Not clean and stuff all over the place. Don’t walk, RUN to a better place.

JAY RUINED MY LIFE jay at the front desk has traumatized me from going to hotels ever again. He degraded me, had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen and I’ve had night mares about him ever since. Worst experience of my entire life

Roaches and stains! Gross _ Cockroaches in room. Stains on carpet and bed linens. Smelled gross. Totally disgusting. We checked in, went to the room and walked right back out after seeing the roaches and stains. Got a refund and went elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Quality NOT Inn this Location 6 years ago we had stayed at this location and it was the perfect accommodation for our stay while visiting family. Our most recent trip was an absolute disaster and while the front desk clerk was understanding and offered to place us in another room, the quality of this hotel was by no means worth the $430 for a 4 night stay and we declined the move and instead checked out with no likeness of receiving a refund. You could NOT pay me to stay here! I could not even convince myself to sit on the bed upon entry, and there were way too many issues to list in detail but just to name a few, the trash had not been taken out, the ice bucket had melted ice and a cup in it, there was cigarette ash on the wall, ripped pillow cases, broken lights, what looked like ketchup or blood beside the bed, dirty hair clip on the bathroom counter and the list goes on. We found a new hotel 25 minutes away (out of pocket) as there was no way my family and I could stay at this unsanitary location that had unsavory people and smells roaming the halls and parking lot. I'd booked this hotel through AMEX and they assisted and got 3 nights refunded by the hotel but honestly, a full refund should have been issued as we did not stay a single night. The hotel claims that cos of Covid the pool remained closed and the breakfast was not in service, but it was apparent that this was an excuse for the hotel to not have to cover these expenses anymore, especially considering other hotels had reopened everything and the front desk clerk agreed with me when I brought this to her attention that everything is open in the area and it seemed that the owner is using this as an excuse. It saddens me that this hotel has become so run down and poorly maintained but unless you've got no other option, avoid this hotel at all costs!
