Take a chance, if you dare I had booked this hotel on the Comfort website, they gave me the rate for the one night, when I arrived at the hotel they changed the rate they quoted me by 3X. I called Choice Hotel, the managed laughed at them, they said this is standard practice. So if you go, it's like Atlantic City you may win but probably will lose. I would look elsewhere

Increased the hotel rate and said rates were subject t change and wanted to cancel our reservation. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We arrived at the Comfort Inn Atlantic City. When checking in we were told that we must pay more as the rates are subject to change on a daily basis. There was no notice of this anywhere when we booked or after we booked. DO NOT STAY HERE! And when we questioned this they wanted to cancel our reservation! Since we booked the hotel through Choice Hotels my husband s on the phone now trying to rectify the situation.

Disgusting and bad management The hotel smells like smoke when you walk in. Two of our beds had hair in them-some looked like animal hair. The walls had stains, the floor has stains, there was no housekeeping staff to change our sheets and no other room with 3 beds. There were used tissues o. The floor in two locations. They would not let us cancel and refused to refund us so we could stay elsewhere. The desk clerk lied about the manager coming in the following day. Based on our experience and other reviews the manager will never refund your money if there is a problem, so they can run a dump and get away with it without losing money.

Pleasant stay Pretty spacious room with 2 comfy queen beds and a sofa. Fridge & microwave & good, adjustable AC. TV with cable. Free wi-fi. Small pool and workout room. They don't change sheets & towels unless you request it (OK by me). Breakfast was fine though it didn't include fruit. $10 per night to park. Had rowdy neighbors 1 night, and the hotel clerk got them to quiet down. I would stay here again.

Beware of this motel! Be aware!!!! Who ever is considering a stay at this motel please read the email I sent to CEO and customer escalations team: Good Morning Mr. Pacious, I booked this Room on May 22nd to stay the one night June 3rd because my daughter was having her softball tournament. At that point I also told her team mates father about the motel and he booked as well. Our checkin was Saturday and his was Friday as he did two nights. This past Friday evening around 6pm I get a call from him that we should consider another place to stay as he told me that the place was not clean, seedy characters walking around and didn’t feel safe. He also mention he smelled marijuana in the building. He asked for his money back as he didn’t want his daughter staying there. The Assistant Manager refused and extremely rude. At that point he called the cops. When the cops arrived the assistant manager went to the manager and at that point issued the refund for him. My wife called and she got a rude reaction from the assistant manager. I then called from work and he explained there is nothing he can do with a snarky attitude. He refused to get me in touch with the manager to figure out a resolution. I had to book with another hotel as I was not putting my children in that environment. So needless to say I was charged and never stayed at your motel. I wanted to reach out and request a refund before I went further with this. My friend is writing a statement as well if you would like a copy. I would appreciate a phone call. Fast forward to today and they still refused a refund even at the request of corporate.
