Poor service Staff member who checked me in was not welcoming at all but was very welcoming to the Caucasian man who checked in before me. Bathroom had hair on the floor and tub was clogged to the point it filled halfway up while I was taking a shower.

Property was nice but TV didn’t work properly Booked this property for their amenities such as room service and spa services. Neither were available once we arrived. The tv kept loosing signal. Had to use the tv to order room service and it wasn’t working

Business trip near DFW Hotel is clean and well maintained. Conveniently located near DFW airport and large shopping mall right across the street. A lot of restaurants nearby. Only drawback was the room was relatively small and dated. Bathroom was a little tight. Large amount of water leaked out during shower even the shower door was fully closed. Cook to order breakfast was great, and very friendly services.

Decent hotel but Dated Staff at check in wasn't friendly, and the early check in that we were advised was set up we were then told wasn't possible. We were there for a business stay and family trip. They seemed to also be using an area of the hotel for covid vaccinations so there were a lot of people in and out. The room was sanitized and the door was stickered before we entered it. The room was clean. No problems with the mattresses- sleep was decent. The issue was with needing extra towels and trash picked up from the rooms due to their being no house keeping service allowed. It's fine for a one day stay but after 3-4 days it becomes a problem. Front desk staff was not friendly but the cafe staff were nice. The bar tender was awesome, very friendly, great suggestions.

Hot walkways and uncomfortable bed The king size bed we stayed in was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever stayed in a hotel plus on our floor there was no air-conditioning in the walkways or the elevator in the dining room they had moved in temporary air conditioning I knew none of this when we book the hotel
