Family Stay in Greenville Was in Greeneville for funeral. Staying at this Hampton made the trip easier on the family. The room was clean and roomy for the 3 of us; beds were very comfortable. The breakfast bar was clean, well presented, and had more than the typical continental breakfast. We have stayed here before and will continue to do so again if the the oppotunity arises.

Very disappointed Not alot of choices here in Greeneville TN for hotels. We arrived 2 months ago & getting life in order. We sold our mobile home & waiting for the new one. I needed one night stay with future ones to come. I was declined, stating per policy they can not reserve rooms to area residents. I moved from MN to TN only here 2 months. I understand the policy very disappointed!

Vomit smell in multiple rooms Had to switch rooms 3 times. Multiple rooms had been vomited in - all over carpet and smelled like death. Sadly I as given one of the vomit rooms. Staff seemed to think it was funny. Please stay far away from this hotel - it’s disgusting!

Nice place in Greeneville Good location, clean rooms, nice kitchenette that was unexpected, Kuerig coffee in the room. Gas station, liquor store, Taco Bell was a short walk, local services and food close by. Don’t bring your furry friends though, because they charge an outrageous $100 per pet so we couldn’t afford to have our two small dogs stay with us. Real nice facility, although due to high occupancy the rate was quite pricey And $30+ in taxes. Should have gone to the Days Inn (or similar) and saved a bunch?

An enjoyable stay Our room was clean. The staff was super friendly and the continental breakfast was very good. Two suggestions: 1) It would be nice if they provided larger bath towels. 2) While we understand the hesitation to cleam rooms while guests are using the rooms due to COVID, we would rather come home from our activities to a clean room with fresh sheets and towels.
