VERY NOISY AND TERRIBLE SERVICE VERY NOISY. Next to the road very noisy and smelly. I ask for a room change and the lady at the front desk said that she didn’t know how to do that, I said nsisyed and she replied that she didn’t want to do it, so very incompetent and unpleasant treatment,

WARNING! They'll charge your card additional fees without proof or informing you. They charged my credit card an additional 150USD 20 minutes after i checked out without informing me. When I called them, they told me that there was urine all over the bed, which is completely untrue. They kept hanging up on me when calling to get more information from them. Finally I was able to a hold of the manager and he told me "I believe my staff over you" and hung up. Stay here at your own risk.

Go Elsewhere until hotel is renovated The hotel needs plenty of work this year and not next, when supposedly the hotel staff says the hotel will receive a renovation. Where do I begin, upon entering one is overcome by the heavy smell. The room needs work the faucet in the bathtub leaks. Not a big problem unless one forgets to completely shutdown the shower. Yes, we once walked in to find our bathroom floor flooded. The toilet plugged up twice. We used a coat hanger to unplug on both occasions. The fitness center composed of 1 bike, 1 eliptical, 2 treadmills and rusted out weights. The bike and treadmills were not working. The clock inside the fitness center also was not working. The pool was disgusting because the water was not clear but had little foam pods all across the surface. I had never seen anything like this before. The following day I was approached by a distraught guest who wondered if she was being critical of the hotel or was she seeing things as they truly are. I told her it was not her imagination but facing a sad reality.

Bills game Staff was friendly, rooms were clean which is a big plus. Very unfortunately, the pool was closed our entire stay which was a reason we chose this hotel as we travelled with our 10yr old. Thin walls so you can hear everything and shower dripping constantly but fan running all night helped. Most likely will another hotel next Bills game.

Dated - but extremely clean! My family stayed two nights - it was close to food, close to shopping - we were right off the highway. We were attending an event at the Hamburg Fairgrounds. we arrived - super quick and easy check in - guy was very nice. We went into our room - realized they were double beds - not queens. I obviously didn't read the listing. I went back to the desk to ask if there was anything else available - but was told sold out. We made due - but they weren't the overly comfortable. Hotel was dated - but VERY CLEAN - nice big breakfast in the morning.
