Hilton Diamond status recognition and excellent location Hotel is very well located and service is accommodating. My status as a Hilton Diamond member was recognized and acknowledged, and I was upgraded to the Presidential suite. Main street is only a block away where you can find countless shops, bars, breweries, and places to eat. The only drawback to this hotel was the decor. I prefer a classic room and warm decor. This hotel feels like you're in an industrial art deco apartment. Which if you're into it, you may enjoy, but this is not my preference. Regardless, five stars for Diamond status recognition!

Weirdest layout of a room ever I’ve stayed on this property multiple times and it was wonderful, until this trip. We ended up in a room that looks like it was designed for people who don’t want to share a room. The two beds face away from each other with the headboards in the middle of the room and the foot of the bed against the wall. Makes it hard to converse with a friend. Feels like you’re both in timeout. Also no bed side tables, no clock and no place to charge a phone except a plug behind a tv (with no place to lay the phone when it’s charging except on the bed). The switch to turn off the lights at night is on the wall away from your feet so you have to get out of bed to turn it off. The lights to read by are at the foot of the bed. When I called the answer was “all of our rooms are designed differently”. Showed the pic of this room to those at the party we attended and they all thought it was the oddest layout they’d seen. Guests should be warned about this layout before getting it because it wrecks your experience here. Would have rated this a one star but the beds are comfortable, the location is good and the staff was pleasant. This room should be offered at a discount.

Hilton Hotels wont tolerate, "Calling the Police", if you eat a snack in their bars. Never book this hotel !! The people at the bar (1847 Lounge) is going to call the police on you if you are eating an ice cream from other place, even if they don't sell ice cream. The bartender was really gross and rude. The rooms are ok but for the same price you can choose Marriot's Hotel that is in the same neighborhood. I know (now) is Michigan law, but we are not local people, and you can be polite to ask instead of just "I am calling the police" . Really disappointed that Hilton Hotels wont tolerate people from other states or countries!! Please, lets unify to stop business bulling people.

Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in beautiful downtown Holland We felt so welcomed , the staff were so nice and accommodating. With our beverage credit you are supposed to say 2 people in the room and I accidentally put only one which would result in only I getting the credit . Lesson learned but the wonderful lady at the front desk changed it for me and we had a 30.00 credit we used towards their wonderful Happy Hour . We will definitely be back .

Great hotel, great location and great small town feel in downtown Holland! The hotel is located in downtown Holland, Michigan just a short block away from 8th St. where you’ll find coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Our room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. If you prefer to stay in, the hotel has a fully stocked bar and kitchen if you are hungry. A couple of snowy days made this a perfect holiday trip.
