Nice! Very nice inside and out. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast and store type area. The only negative... no microwave in the room. The front desk staff was very nice. Since the small refrigerators don't have freezers, they said they would put my ice bottles in their freezer. The morning buffet was wonderful

Not a Secure Parking Lot My experience at this hotel was terrible!! I pulled into Houston around 12 am and checked in the hotel. I wasn't in my room 5 minutes, and got an alert saying my truck was being broken into! I run to the window, and sure enough someone is in my truck. Unfortunately by the time I made it downstairs they were gone. I filed a police report with the Houston PD. Who seemed to careless. They were supposed to follow up for the camera footage which apparently they never did! The front desk attendant stated that cars get broken into there all the time! I stayed up til nearly 3:30 in the morning watching my truck to eventually fall asleep for a few hours. To get in my truck around 8 am to find out it was broken into a 2nd time!! The window this time was completely ripped out of the passenger side. My experience after the fact was less then pleasant. The hotel thought that awarding me 5k points was sufficient for my lose of thousands of dollars in items, and truck damage. The people that broke in my truck were pros. They even cut the horn wire. My advise to anyone seeing this review is to NOT STAY HERE, and if you do then make sure that you do not leave any possessions in your vehicle. Thank you for staying at Hilton!

Our truck was stolen from the parking lot We arrived around 9:30 pm and checked in with the lady at the front desk who was probably in her early 20s. There were 2 guys probably about the same age hanging around behind/off to the side of the desk who weren't checking in, had no luggage, and watched the interaction. One walked very closely behind us and then went outside. We thought this was strange and the vibe was off. Guess we were right. Went outside to the truck at 530 the next morning and it was gone. It has been stolen from the parking lot. There was no broken glass in the spot from anyone breaking in. We have no proof of this but it seems like the guy who passed behind us probably cloned the RFID on the key fob my husband was holding. We filed a police report but that truck most likely will never be recovered. After digging in the reviews for this place, I see another truck was stolen back in April. I wouldn't stay at this hotel with a vehicle unless they start providing security. The room we stayed in also smelled very heavily of mold/mildew which I told the front desk about. We should have left from the smell alone but were tired and I had an early morning flight. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you want to run the risk of having your vehicle stolen.

Terrible customer service. The young woman at the front desk was rude from the get go . We booked our room through Hiltons OWN website and pre paid. We arrive and give the front desk our ID and credit card for the incidentals. She then gets on the phone with I believe it was her manager who was not in the building. She stated that the card from the third party that Hilton USES was declined three times. She hangs up the phone and tells us we have to take it up with the third party provider. I immediately said that sounds like a Hilton problem not our problem. We pre paid through your own website so I’m sorry this is NOT our issue. The girl refused to answer questions I was asking as she sat there ignoring me and saying it’s our problem. I asked for her manager and she stated she’s not here so I’m in charge. We ended up having to pay close to $200.00 more for our two night stay due to us now being a walk in rate. Called Hilton and they told us we were correct and it was Infact a Hilton issue not our issue and they will be refunding the money we had to pay upon arrival. This young lady at the desk was TERRIBLE to say the least. As for the hotel, it is a nice hotel close to the airport, however their employee is one step above worthless.

Poor management- choose an alternate property This is a newer property and the management is clearly not equipped to handle unusual circumstances. I arrived the afternoon of a storm and the hotel had lost power. Because I had checked in the night before, they told me I would still be charged for the room. There were three employees standing at the front desk doing absolutely nothing, yet not one of them made ANY efforts at all to assist me or other guests in the same position. I ended up calling around until I found a hotel with power and availability. That alternate property (also a Hilton) informed me that they get a steady flow of guests from the Spark due to customer service issues at Spark. I’d suggest avoiding this property.
