Nice weekend stay Excellent experience for a budget-friendly hotel. Our fourth room floor was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. The only noise from the hall was when people used the ice machine, so I’d suggest not selecting a room right across from it. Breakfast offered a nice variety to satisfy all tastes including several types of yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, & sausage - plus the coffee was good :-). Staff were friendly and efficient. This will be our go-to when visiting nearby family.

Keep driving, don’t stop here Skip this place. Stayed two nights and from the beginning I had issues. To start, I could not get my door to open. I tried to open the shades to let in some light and with that the automatic shades did not work. I found a metal clip that someone else had used to keep open the shade curtain. The room was absolutely damp, humid. It had an odor to it and the room always felt humid and damp. I’ll never stay here no matter if it was free and how is this place able to be listed as a Hilton Property, unreal!!!! Not too sure of the neighborhood around the hotel, sketchy(ghetto). Do yourself a favor stay elsewhere!

Great Customer Service from David! 5 Stars!!! I got to the hotel and stopped by the front desk. I was greeted by David. David got me checked in and ensured my room was ready. David was very friendly and hospitable. I got to my room and my room was nice, clean, and quiet. The room I selected was very quiet. I would recommend if you want a quiet room, select a room on the odd number side (park side), not the freeway side. The shower was nice and hot. The bed was comfortable as per usual. The breakfast was standard for any Hampton. I enjoyed eggs, waffles and sausage. The most memorable was the customer service from David. I feel like he went above and beyond.

Nice stay after Astros Playoff loss This is a review of our stay on 10/23/23 in room 432. We got a notification that our room was ready for an early check in at 1pm. We got there at 2pm. Check in was smooth. We parked by the pool and used the pool entrance to enter. There are 2 elevators, however only one was working. Made out way to the 4th floor and to our room. The hallway was extremely hot and humid exiting the elevator. The room was clean and had an updated look. The bathroom was very clean as well. Our room was facing the highway. You could hear traffic, but this was at 2pm on a Monday. During the night the noise did not wake us at all. We left hotel at 2:30pm and came back around 10 pm. Went to take a shower and it took over ten minutes for hot water to reach the shower. After the shower while trying to find something on TV we noticed that there were several stations that were coming in very fuzzy. Breakfast was good. Pancakes, eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal, and a variety of cereals and breads were available. Lots of juice options as well. I also noticed that they did have some grab and go brown bag breakfasts. Contained a bottled water, bagel, and some cream cheese and fruit. I had never seen that before at a Hampton Inn. All in all, a good stay. Knocking one star down because of the hot water issue. Would stay again if we come back this way.

Highly recommended. Exceptional client service. The client service was exceptional and all staff were so friendly and helpful. This hotel had hot breakfast every morning and any toiletries one may need. A very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend. We just returned from vegas after staying at a higher end hotel and I would rate this hotel higher based on the client service experience alone.
