Later checkout, yes please! The registration was smooth and the staff were pleasant and very helpful (shout out to Tarynn). My only complaint was that the cleaning between reservations could use a bit more attention, there were smashed potato chips next to the microwave in plain view, a shoe and some trash left from the previous guests. But overall a great experience and I love the later checkout!

BED BUGS!!!!! The place is ran down in desperate need of upgrades. The biggest problem I found was BED BUGGS!!!! On the dirty stained mattress. The air didn’t work in the original room I was placed in and it had a faint unpleasant odor. They placed me in a new room no odor air working. Shower was dirty looking. I tried to leave no stars but had to put one.

Liars! Could not check me in then said I never arrived!!!!!!!! I booked and paid online and arrived at the hotel with my twin 12 year old girls. We arrived late as I requested after 10pm, we had just left a 75th birthday party nearby. When we walked into the lobby a large heavy set lady with scabs on her body and glasses? was on the phone. When she finally got off the phone we were told to come back because the system was down/updating I don’t remember exactly how she described it but she said she could not check us in for at least an hour or two!!! I was extremely upset and told her we would just drive back home an hour away….upon filing a complaint the hotel denied this ever happened and refused to refund me!!!!

Hot water to shower is not an unreasonable expectation with temperatures in the 40's In addition to the problem noted below (and read from the bottom to the top as it has been copied and pasted from email) the telephone in the room did not work. The bathroom floor under the sink area was not swept. The coffee in the lobby was old and cold. Positive note: the room is spacious. End of email.... Terrible Experience This was a terrible stay, the staff is not friendly and is not available. They tried to steal our car, they broke a glass, they said they would contact us after checking the cameras and I'm still waiting for them. They don't care about anything that happens inside their facilities in favor of the guest and that's unfortunate. I will not stay in this hotel again.
