Great Inexpensive Place to Stay in Southern Ut on your way to Zion and Bryce We decided to stay in Hurricane on the first night of our three-day trip north. We got our room at around $82 included tax and fees. This hotel is easy to get to and sits on the west side of town near Highway 15 exits. It is next to a vacant lot and near two additional hotels, though it is a short drive to restaurants and other conveniences. There is plenty of off-street free parking with plenty of room for larger vehicles and tourn around space. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. It was a quiet hotel and clean facility. Grounds were also mostly clean. We had king room with mini fridge with small freezer section, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron with ironing board. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were still open in October. Internet was free and reliable with no password. There was a free accessible ice machine. It is a multi-story hotel so check on your need for elevator. Our room had a chair and hassock, desk and chairs, and toiletry dispensers. They served a hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles and other continental options. This is great inexpensive place to stay while in the southern Utah area or as a jumping off point for Bryce and Zion.

Happy with our quick stay Had a brief one night stay when traveling from Las Vegas to Zion National Park and we were happy with our stay. Hotel was older but seemed to be in good condition. The late night and morning staff at the front desk were friendly, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of items, including hot eggs and sausage, along with a back porch with nice mountain views.

A Scam by dishonest staff The Indian receptionist literally changed in front of us our 6 Month reservation (confirmed twice) from a 2 QB to 1 QB. Then, there was no possibility to get another room (hotel full), to add a mattress, to call the manager after 5pm!, or to have a reduction on the price... The guy simply told us that it was anyway our problem! We looked elsewhere and found a 2 QB in the Comfort Inn next door that we purchased. But, despite we didn't stay in this room that they changed last minute for a single Bed, the manager refused to cancel it the morning after!

Average hotel We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the end of June. We picked this hotel based on location and price. The reviews were fairly positive and I will state that our experience generally mimicked the reviews we had read. The property is older but has some modern touches. The room was very basic and quite small. There were a few issues in the room with standards (stained chair, ripped bedding) but overall, it met our needs. There was a microwave and a large fridge for personal use. The property had onsite laundry. There was also a pool and hot tub outside that we really enjoyed. They appeared well maintained and a good way to cool off at the end of the day. The included breakfast was well done. There was both hot and cold items. Overall, this is an average hotel. Nothing special, nothing horrible. The drive to Hurricane wasn't terrible and it's a good option (if the price is right) for Zion National Park. There isn't much around it to walk too. As said, if the price was right, we would consider staying here again.

Terrible Hotel with dishonest staff We booked rooms over a month in advance and the confirmation showed everything correctly. When we got there the Indian guy at the front desk said the computer showed something else and that we would have to pay for an extra room. He would not give us a refund or work with us at all, nor show us his screen which was very suspicious. We were blackmailed into getting another room or lose everything. The hotel is nearly 10 miles from the highway and really far from Zion. The furniture was in abysmal shape, outlets were messed up preventing you from plugging in chargers, and despite it being in the 80's at night, the air conditioning was so bad we left at 4 AM. This is the first and last time I am staying in this hotel chain.
