More than we hoped for We checked in without any reservation since the hotel we booked was less than desirable. We were greeted prompted. checked in without issue and were more than delighted with our room. Huge room, super clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable. There was a few conventions (?) being held in the hotel but we didnt hear a sound and everything ran smoothly despite all the activities

Uncomfortable Rooms Rooms are old, out dated. Bed is very worn and uncomfortable. Definitely expect to stay awake tossing and turning trying to find comfort in the bed with the dip in the middle

Nasty room, nasty bathroom housekeeping needs to be fired I came to Indianapolis on vacation check into my hotel on July 4, 2024 went to my room and I noticed that the bathrooms were dirty talk to the front desk Friday morning I called to talk with management never got a call back I want a refund all I wanted was the carpet to be cleaned

Throttle your expectations…. It is an older hotel, not in the best area, and in a surprisingly expensive hotel market. Had I understood that better, before I had made my reservation, I would have made a different choice. Honestly, I would have expected better from Wyndham property. That all said, if all you are looking for is a clean room with AC, comfortable bed, and mostly functional bathroom (did not want to try the shower), and can tune out the rest; this hotel will get the job done.

FRONT DESK GIRL (LOVELEEN) NIGHTMARE I was treated so badly by the front desk lady named Loveleen I thought I was being Pranked. I was staying four days on business she would not swipe my key for the full 4 days, When I asked her to, she said just come back in the morning, I even told her that that was inconvenient and I didn’t want to and she said it’s fine. Just come in the morning. Then I called down to the desk when I got in my room to ask her who their rewards program was through, and I’m not joking. This lady told me to call back in the morning and ask._____ So I googled it found out who it was signed up and called down to ask her to attach my member number to the room and I’m not joking. This lady told me I’d have to come down there to give it to her. I have never been treated anything close to this bad, and I travel every week for work. She was extremely rude and dismissive.. The next morning, thank goodness she was gone and a young lady named Ari Was there and she fixed all of the issues for me and apologized repeatedly for Loveleen’s behavior. When I tell you, I thought I was on the show Punk’d I’m not exaggerating. Aside from the psycho lady at the front desk, the breakfast is good. The rooms are clean. I would have otherwise it enjoyed my stay if I wasn’t treated so horribly being checked in. I am honestly still confused about the whole encounter. It was very weird._‍__‍_
