Visit to Indio Very clean and great customer service. Easily accessible from the street. Enjoyed my stay, complimentary breakfast was great. The property was huge and in a good part of town, I truly enjoyed my stay at Indio, California. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

Avoid at all cost! Crappy hotel in sketchy area. The doors locks did not work. All throughout the festival week the only way to get in was to have someone at the front desk come up and unlock the door for you The maids did not work. When I asked asked at the front desk if someone cpuld come and clean the room, the guy behind the desk opened a closet door and handed me a garbage bag, seriously! The managers don't work. After I left and tried to book anothwr room I foubd that my card was declined because they decided to tack on a few hundred EXTRA DOLLARS on my card!!! Their exuse was a shrugged shoulder and said it should drop off in a few days, seriously!! The stay is over but the nightmare continues, dealing with three different agencies resolve THEIR f*uck-up. Don't give these people your money or your credit card! You've been warned.

Dirty and key card didn't work The distance to the festival is fine while riding bikes, which we liked. However, the hotel needs to be updated and needs to be kept clean. We booked a suite on a top floor but we were placed on the ground floor in a dirty suite with bugs inside and dirt on the floor. The chair on the patio was covered in dirt as well and we had trouble every night getting back inside the room (the key cards did not seem to work, but I think it was the door lock that was broken). We would not stay here again unless improvements were made. Staff needs to do a better job at cleaning the rooms and making sure bugs don't enter the rooms. We had so many bugs in the hotel room flying around.

Clean, smooth and quiet The stay was great, the rooms were very clean, and they had some last minute availability, as I needed to be out in the valley for a conference (unplanned). They had a nice and easy check-in process, and the manager, Divya, was very sweet. The room was nice size and very clean. Bathroom was stocked nice. The area was great, and room was quiet at night.
