There are loads of other options near DFW… choose something else!!! Gross. First and last time visitor to this hotel. It’s really old and looks like it’s trying to cater to wedding parties and the like— really huge and empty. The rooms are old and smell musty, furnishings are filthy which does NOT inspire much confidence. There is a pool, but if the rooms aren’t clean how do you think the pool will be?

One night Near for DFW airport is the best option to sleep a one night for the issues with the flights.. good coffee too...

Very accommodating and free breakfast I was stuck after a delayed flight and this hotel was very accommodating with an early check in! Looks like it has been recently renovated because our room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The internet sis not work and the TV connection was horrible. Free breakfast, it’s not high quality but great selection and it’s free!

Nice hotel Entering customer service desk was nice. Shuttle driver even asked if we needed a ride upon exiting. Leaving, customer service desk was rude and stand off-ish. The place stated they ran out of water. Not even sure how that happens but this is Texas in the middle of summer. If the company can't provide free or purchased water they will have more angry people than the ones I encountered looking for the same. Offering tap water should be a crime in Texas. Other than that the place is nice and clean. Decent location to airport. I used it for sleep to catch early flight. I will occupy again if needed but I'll make sure to bring my own water supply stocked.

Unpleasant surprise! I called the hotel directly before booking to ask if I booked a room, could I park and fly for free. I was told, without hesitation, yes! Upon arrival, I was told it would be $14 a day to park & fly. It's sad that you can't trust information given directly from the hotel! Do Not Stay Here!
