Amazing front desk staff - Katie & Extremely Pet Friendly! Every hotel needs a Katie! I checked in, and she was so friendly, personable, and genuinely so excited to meet my pets. I instantly felt at ease knowing I wasn't going to be seen as a burden because I was traveling alone with my furry companions. This is the first time I've seen guest stick around and chat with a front desk agent for several minutes after check-in. She was able to efficiently mutli-task by handing welcome bags, answering phones, and making each guest feel special by personalizing the conversation and showing genuine interest. I went down for breakfast, and I asked the lady at the front to confirm Katie's name because I knew this high-level service needed to be praised shared with others. The rooms also have little details that demonstrate the house keeping staff care about their work, and it shows the management team allows them to actual clean instead of turning rooms over as fast as possible. Well done, Katie! You're a rock star, a leader of exemplary customer service, and as a manager in a different profession, I was highly impressed! If you're staying in Joliet, I highly recommend this spot. _

Extremely: Pet Friendly and they have Duck's for JEEP people.. Toni, My dog and I was greeted immediately by Katie..she was extremely welcoming to both of us..The reason I'm emphasizing the pet friendliness of hotel staff is when you travel with a pet is so, comforting and relaxing.. All the staff I encountered were professional and Welcoming.. It must start at the Top.. "Pet Friendly" Hotel Nina Daniels is the GM.. Katie who gave me her card that spoke highly of her.. Good Job!

Management don’t know what’s going on their hotel. Someone got in our room when my wife was getting undressed, we went to the front desk to find out what might have happened and never got an straight answer. The receptionist said the manager was not available until Monday, ( this happened on a Friday night) the first day we checked in. Monday came and nobody could explain what had happened. The day of the incident we got moved to another room on a different floor that was being renovated, so it was kind of noisy, luckily we we’re checking out. In conclusion we we’re not impressed with their management, they gave a couple drinks for free I guess to compensate for the trouble and the breakfast was very good.

passing through Very nice clean hotel. bed was comfortable. breakfast was usual type foods. There were a few oddities about the room, ice bucket was in the clothes closet,one small bar of soap and no shower gel, the towel rack was so high on the wall I couldn't reach the wash clothes or hand towels. I would still recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Was also treated as a member with 2 bottles of water, something alot of places are doing away with.

Best interstate hotel yet Very friendly check in, had already seen to our request for extra pillows and room facing away from interstate. Very clean bath and bedding. Breakfast as good as it could be . For a hotel off the interstate for a place to stay it’s the best I’ve had.
