Highly Recommend We stayed here for one night while visiting Kalamazoo. I was pleasantly surprised by the roominess of the suite, the helpful staff (Jeffrey especially), the cleanliness, and the amenities. The bedroom was separate from the living/kitchen area. The kitchen was complete with a two-burner flat-top stove, full size refrigerator, and microwave. Dishes, silverware and pans were also provided. The property included an indoor pool, and an exercise room. Breakfast was included as well as an afternoon appetizer on some days. I highly recommend this property.

Horrible Management. They Refuse Refunds. No one answers their phones. Horrible Management. No one answers their phones. They erroneously charged our Credit Card when we simply modeled a stay on their website. Upon realizing they did so, we immediately cancelled the room, which we received a cancellation confirmation for. They did not refund the amount however, our credit card was charged, and they refuse to issue a refund. This establishment is a nightmare to work with, is poorly run, and they don't even answer their phone when attempting to call. HORRIBLE! Avoid - Avoid - Avoid!!

Great stay We enjoyed our 3 month stay at this hotel. The rooms and facilities were very nice and felt homey, which made such a long stay much easier. The best part of our stay was the wonderful staff! They helped make our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel!

Sorry, sorry, sorry ...always "sorry" I have stayed at this hotel often because of the location and layout. There seems to be something systemically wrong with how the hotel is managed. Even though check out is 11, your routinely woke up by housekeeping knocking on the door to see if you're there, despite having you do not disturb sign out. I even had a maid walk in to my room without knocking while I was drying off after a shower. I think today was the last chance, My shower water was ice cold no matter what setting it was on or how long I let it run. Sorry... Sorry... Sorry... If you're sorry, things would be corrected. I understand. Sometimes mechanical things don't work, but the housekeeping issue is a recurring and nearly guaranteed problem. I work nights and sleep later then others, I pay for a room until check out and should not be rushed by the staff.

Functional, but not sure I’d stay again. Functionally it was fine, but it lacked many things I think hotels need. Cleanliness was borderline acceptable, but definitely NOT in the top tier. My room had several pieces of trash on the floor from the previous guest, and one of the drawers had an item clearly left from another guest. The Kleenex box was stuck to the bathroom counter with a ring of orange goo- fingers crossed it was just cleaner, but still gross. And there was a massive, fast, disgusting bug living in my bathroom. I know hugs happen, but I have never had a bug encounter like this in a hotel before. Even though breakfast was advertised until 10 on the weekend, there was no flatware, eggs, or fruit left at 9:30, and the staff attending breakfast was not particularly pleased to be asked for more. Other staff were very friendly, and the room served the purpose. The furniture is very worn, the wrong color of touch-up paint had been used on several of the doors, and the entire place could use a much better attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness.
