Keep looking when in Kokomo! The room was so so. What we did not like was seeing cigarette butts around the entry door when we checked in. The butts were still there the next morning. Not good advertising for a smoke free hotel. The hotel was further away from most restaurants and other hotels, in a less desirable part of town. Probably would not stay there again. .

Nice place to stay We had a funeral to attend and needed some flexibility in our arrival time. The management and staff were very accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The hotel was same but of high quality. The hallways had a nice smell to them. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby had (3) different juices and coffee and tea available all night. The breakfast in the morning was warm and fresh AND the was a huge selection of breakfast foods available. Check out was also a breeze. I would stay there again I would recommend it to others as well. Th only drawback was the water in the shower took too long to heat up. Still it is a comfortable place to rest.

Mixup in room request Nice, clean room, but had asked for handicap accessible. Bathroom small, toilet low, door not wide enough for a wheelchair. (I use a cane, so it was okay.) Clerk stated they've been getting a lot of mixups when booked on line. I personally have never had a mixup before through Choice Hotels. Pool was closed with no reason given.

Disgusting and Rude Service Right after checking in at Comfort Inn, we left right away and went out to eat. When we returned from eating and somebody from our party used the bathroom, there was a used washcloth hanging on the shower head. We let the front desk know and they said to get with the person in the morning to see what could be done. When we got up this morning and talked to the lady at the front desk she was a massive JERK. After multiple times of being called a liar and being told by the lady there was no way they left a dirty used washcloth, we ended up leaving. We will be calling the manager on Monday to express our concerns

Beware - only a "little" pet friendly! I made a reservation at this hotel almost 3 months in advance of my trip, specifically needing a pet friendly hotel. I arrived at my hotel around 8pm to check in, and was told that there are only a few actual pet friendly rooms, and they are first come, first served and they were already taken. They refused to honor my reservation, and after traveling over 4 hours to get there I was forced to leave the hotel and find new accomodations on my own. No where on their website does it specify that the pet friendly rooms are limited and it is first come first served. I reserved a pet friendly room at the hotel and I expected that my reservation would actually be just that - a reservation! The staff was rude and unaccommodating. I ended up with a room at the local Super 8 in Kokomo, and was happy to note that the entire hotel was pet friendly, and actually had cleaner and nicer rooms.
